Fabulous pool heated to 86 degrees. Warm southwest facing back patio. House well appointed with everything you might need. Very authentic mid century style. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10 minute walk to Koffi. Great cycling. King bed in master very comfortable.

We had a very pleasant experience staying at this property. We were met at check in and given a thorough tour where any questions we had were answered. Everything is thoughtfully provided and labeled throughout the house. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and a short drive to town. We would definitely book this property again! Very clean and convenient!

This property was absolutely perfect for a girls’ weekend getaway! The house itself is very clean, very well stocked for everything and anything you could need, the pool was absolutely refreshing, and last but not least, the views were unreal. Would definitely recommend anyone coming to Palm Springs to stay here.

Loved the experience of staying here. The place is super central and close to the center of town, the golf course aspect was actually surprising lovely. Given it’s so hot, we never saw any golfers and enjoyed having the space as a large backyard view. The place is just as pictured, so cute, clean and Devin was great and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t be happier with our stay. JJ’s place is well equipped with just about anything you’ll need, clean, comfortable and perfectly situated just a few minutes from downtown. Check in process was easy with Tom, and he communicated with us a few days before it’d be available for early check in. I accidentally left a few items when we left and JJ was kind enough to ship them to me. Highly recommend renting!!

We visited this property for girls weekend and it did not disappoint. Very spacious with wonderful views looking onto mountain and pool. Each room was a good size and the house had everything we needed and very clean. Location was great for restaurants. Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience!! Everything about the house was exactly what we were looking for and as expected. The mid-century modern house was comfortably furnished and very clean. The property manager, Tom, met us when we arrived, showed around and made himself available if we needed anything. The house was well stocked with the necessary supplies - plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc. We didn’t have to worry about bringing any of our own pieces - cookware, serving ware, etc. There were plenty of towels, bath and beach, and we had a washing machine with detergent as needed. We were so happy with everything offered at the house and in the area that we have already talked about renting it again. Definitely giving this place 5 stars.

The family wanted to get away and celebrate moms 65 bday in a warm environment… and this place sealed the deal for us! It was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, and quiet. From spending time in the pool to gathering by the fire pit enjoying time with mom for her bday, this house came thru in every way. Thank you JJ and Tom.

Our group of 8 has rented a lot of house in Palm Springs through the years -- this is one of our favorites. The neighborhood is one of the very best in all of Palm Springs; we loved biking and walking all around. And Tom, the property manager, was wonderful, offering us an early check-in before we could even ask -- and we really appreciated that.

The owner was very communicative and Tom the property manager was very receptive and welcoming. The house is warm and friendly and very efficient in its layout. The pool was very nice and the outdoor areas was great. Over all a+++ and I would definitely stay again!

Upon arriving at the house, Tom promptly greeted us and welcomed us to the property. The accommodations were perfect for our group and everyone had their own room and privacy. This house is incredibly well stocked and we were able to cook multiple dinners for the family. The communal areas were perfect for spending time together. Couldn’t have asked for a better house for our family get together in Palm Springs!

Stayed here for a a weekend. Communication from JJ was great and checking into the property was simple and easy. The house was clean, well kept and at a great location close to dining and shops.

Loved the home and location. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that there are no screens on the windows or sliding doors. I couldn't open up the house at night or sleep with the windows open... felt claustrophobic

First time to Palm Springs for all of us. Place, pool, and area all were fabulous! That, topped with Tom, made our stay everything we looked for. Highly recommend.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Palm Springs home open off a private golf course! This house was clean and spacious, all the rooms were bigger than average and everything worked perfectly. We would stay here again in a heart beat. JJ was easy to communicate with online and our host Tom was the best! He was really nice and greeted us as we arrived and explained everything to us, we then communicated with him throughout our stay and he was so courteous and friendly. Thank you Tom, you’re the best!

We had a marvelous experience from the beginning to the end. The owner and property manager were both responsive, informative and easy to communicate with. The house has all the amenities that a group could need, plus more! From TVs in every room, to outdoor dining ware , to an abundance of beach towels. The sparkling pool is also set against the backdrop of the mountains making for beautiful, golden sunset hours. A stylish, mid-century gem, I highly recommend this peaceful oasis in the heart of Palm Springs.

I was obviously stunned by the absolutely gorgeous pictures of the property/house, but it was even more stunning in person! The house is exactly as pictured! Communication with JJ and Tom was truly a highlight of this get away! I have never had a better experience booking and communicating on VRBO! I can not recommend this house enough! I’ am already planning a trip back! Thank you for such a Pleasant and relaxing trip all around!

We rented this house over the weekend to celebrate my birthday with a few close friends. It was the best weekend ever! This house is beautiful. Large bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds and the kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need to cook throughout your stay. And you really can’t beat the backyard view (many, many photos were taken!) With COVID, rules were constantly changing a bit and JJ (the owner) was quick to communicate with me to make sure I was comfortable with these changes. He was extremely helpful with all my questions. Tom (the property manager) was so lovely as well and helped us check in/out of the property. Everyone had such a great time and we all agreed we will definitely be staying here again.

Dealing with the owner and manager was top notch from the moment of booking until checkout. Thanks again for a great weekend.

The photos did not do justice to the property. The property was just right for our group, 6 adults and a couple of kids (ages 5&6). The rooms were much larger than we expected. The kitchen was great, with a nice gas stove (perfect for those who like to cook). The pool was clean and big enough for our group and some floaties. Great outdoor lounging area. We had all our dinners outside as it was so peaceful. My husband and I stayed in the casita , perfect for us since we were the only couple without kids. As it was summer, the golf course was completely empty except for the occasional walker early in the morning. Tom, the property manager, was very responsive and always available for questions. JJ, the owner, was great at answering and addressing all concerns when I first booked the property. Overall, great property and the customer service was excellent. I would definitely book this property again. In fact, one of our friends already inquired about the property when she saw my IG postings. Look forward to returning here in the future.

This was my first time using Vrbo as well as visiting Palm Springs and I had a great first-time experience! Both JJ and Tom were excellent hosts. They were quick to answer questions and solving any problems we had. Tom was very lenient with us checking in/out which was really cool and appreciated. The actual property was beautiful, looked better and more spacious in person. It was well stocked with needs and very clean. And shops were a few mins away if you needed to grab anything. I stayed here with my bf and friends to celebrate my bday weekend and it was all we could’ve asked for and more. Thank you JJ & Tom for an amazing weekend!
