Location was excellent for spending evenings in Fira and also getting to other areas of the island. Plunge pool was nice option. Bathroom was also nice and clean. Host was amazing.

Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. Although pool was nice, it was cold thoughout the day so didnt get much use and was also always filled with dead bugs.

What we liked the most is the cleanliness, there was a lady who cleaned every day, inside the rooms, outside, around the pool, pool looks like no one ever used how clean it is and the smell inside the villa is so nice... Eva is great host, so friendly and helpful, whatever we need she is there for us. I totally recommend Eva's house...

The bathroom could be a bit better, it's a bit dark, there was 2 lamps, but only 1 was working and the smell in the bathroom is not that nice. The location also not that great for this price, it's near the city center, but it's on the hill and you need to climb and go up and down to reach the center.

Modern hotel a short walk from Fira town and bus station (albeit slightly up hill) area felt safe. Great pool area with plenty of loungers and umbrellas, we had the pool to ourselves most days we were there. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean, room was cleaned each day and we were even provided with separate towels for the pool. Spacious balcony for relaxing. Fridge was handy, aircon worked very well and little extras were provided such as orange juice/bread/water etc on arrival which was handy for our late arrival. Eva was helpful/friendly and welcoming during our stay, allowing self check in due to a late flight and she was available if we needed anything during our time there.

Eva’s House is a great place to stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great, not far from Fira centre where it’s all walking distance and the pool and rooms are very clean.

The guest was really great, is clean and it gives you the right place to recharge for a new day of Santorini adventure. A bit out of the main streets is the right place for silance and relax.

The rooms are located close to the Santorini Campsite. For those of us who were not 24 hour party people that the campsite was rather noisy.

Nicest and most peaceful pool area I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. Eva was an exceptional host who organised our day excursions, transfers and provided us with welcome snacks and poolside drinks.

Nothing. The hill to the town is steep but worth it to be away from the hustle and bustle of the town.

Clean and lovely room. Beautiful quiet spacious terrace with unspoilt views. Eva was friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and we had it to ourselves, the benefit of a small property. It is nicely situated 10 mins walk or less to the town so it's peaceful and away from the noise.

Eva is a very lovely landlord. She takes care about everything you need. The new pool is large and has a nice design. The rooms will be cleaned every day. You have to go around five minutes to the core of the city of Fira. We really enjoyed the time and would recommend these house to everyone who wants to visit Santorini.

We were island hopping when we visited, Santorini is definitely more expansive than other islands. But we think this was a great deal. The staff was very helpful in providing ifno, asking about your day and booking transport for example.

Rent something to get around the island, because even though the walk to town is relatively short (approx 15 mins). It's walking up a fairly steep hill, so you're going to be all sweaty when arriving in town.

To start off with Eva is a sweetheart! She welcomed us in a very happy way and was kind enough to show us the city through a map. She pinpointed everyplace we could go to. The room is equipped with a hairdryer and a small wardrobe with a safe inside of it. We had a terrace as well and from there could we even see the beach, the airflow is amazing ! In fact you don’t even need the AC. As sim as we arrived there was a basket with croissants and juice already prepared for our first morning there. The shower is very good and the water jet really effective ! They clean the room everyday if you want to. The cleaninless there is sharp! Thank you, Eva, for receiving us !

The slope you have to take on your way downtown is a bit tiring, besides that I found it a little bit hard to find it as there are no signs guiding to the property. You find a lot of signs on the way leading to hotels/camping, a simple sign indicating the direction of the house would be very helpful.

The location is amazing, a few minutes walk from Fira, and away from the noise of the village and the road. Super quiet, very clean and comfortable. Parking in case you have a car/quad - very convenient.

The walls are quite thin so you can hear your neighbors.

Everything was fantastic! Eva is really friendly and welcoming. The room was great value for money and spacious. Fresh towels were offered daily. We liked the location - it is a short walk from Fira so really quiet at night. I ran to the beach in the mornings and we were out everynight. The location really offers the best of both worlds 9 Highly recommended!

There was quite a bit of hair on the floor when we arrived. I think this blew in from other rooms as Eva really keeps the place in good order. The property is situated on a hill which was fine for us but may not suit an elderly or infirm person.

I prefer a soft bed and this one was a hard bed. But nothing that would keep me from staying there again. It was a short walk to everobit with a bad knee the inclines were a little tough.
