What a great apartment to stay in. So spacious with higher end furnishings and décor. Walkable to all the sites and great restaurants and shops. Had all the amenities we needed. Modern kitchen and bathrooms and comfortable beds. Very safe location and had a lobby entrance. The private patio was so big and would be great to relax in. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect home at London. We will come back in the next time.

The flat was even prettier than the pictures. The location was absolutely fabulous! Everyone in our group said they would definitely rent this place again if a return trip is scheduled. They supply alot of extras and have detailed comfort items alot of rentals dont think of or supply. The workers at the front desk were kind and helpful about answering any questions or seeing to our needs. The property owner/manager was always timely and helpful in her responses. I have rented several VRBO's over the years and this one has been the best to date.

Our family of six (children aged 18, 16, 13 and 10) loved this 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom apartment with full kitchen and laundry. The photos in the listing are accurate - the apartment is beautifully furnished. The location is superb - just 10 steps from the bustle of Shepherd’s Market and a few blocks from the Tube and buses. We could get everywhere easily. We hope to come back again one day.

I cannot say enough good things about this place - it was one of the best Vrbo units I’ve ever stayed in! The apartment was absolutely perfect and much larger than it looks in the pictures. The location was great and very convenient to everything. Highly recommend!

This apartment really made our two week stay in London so enjoyable! It is very centrally located, with a close tube station, and yet Shepherd Market has a real village feel! The apartment was lovely, well kept up and we appreciated the daily housekeeper as well as the washer and dryer. FYI, they provide hand soap, dish soap, dw detergent, tea and coffee, and paper goods, so convenient when you are traveling from overseas. We will be back! Try The Chesterfield Arms for dinner, very good, as well as Le Autre and the Market Tavern!

Wonderful location with easy access to the underground. We stayed with our adult children and friends and there was plenty of space for 6 adults. The neighborhood offers very good restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby as well. Would definitely choose to stay again!

This property is absolutely stunning. It is enormous, everything is spotless, it is in a perfect location, and Sarah could not have been more helpful throughout the process. There were seven of us (grandparents, parents, and teenagers 17, 15, and 13) and we were all delighted by it. If I am lucky enough to travel to London with a large group again, there is absolutely no question that I would stay here. There aren’t enough words to say how much we loved it.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment had everything we needed. All the furniture and linen were of the highest of quality. The only problem we had was that reversible air conditioning was out of order. Meaning it took a full 24 hours for the apartment to heat up from the 11 degrees on arrival to a satisfactory temperature the following day.

Giant first floor flat with expansive outside patio for enjoyment and relaxation. Three college age kids, my wife and myself all had plenty of room to spread out after a long day of walking London. Groceries, restaurants, pubs and all kinds of shops just steps from the unit. Wonderful lobby staff with a very safe environment. It was on the high side per night, but one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. It made the trip.

Fab stay Great Flat loads of space, handy for us to have a kitchen given large family and on Vancouver time so hungry at odd hours:) Do not want to travel with hungry, sleep disturbed teens :) Sarah manager was perfect!! Thank you! Hopefully back next year!

The property is so spacious and felt luxurious after a long trip. The location was perfect for a pint or two. We walked to Piccadilly Circus and there was somuch to see! Highly recommend this property.

We were a group of 5 siblings travelling together for a few weeks, finishing up in London. This property was perfect. Terrific location, beautiful space, quiet and extremely well equipped. Our host was very responsive to any questions both before and during our stay, and the checkin process was completely seamless. I can’t recommend this property highly enough - it was beyond a 10/10. This property exceeded expectations! Lovely and spacious interior (and very spacious patio!) in a wonderful Mayfair location. We loved the multiple gathering and conversation spaces - the couches and chairs in the living room, the space on patio and the large dining table for playing cards. The apartment is clean and beautiful. The concierge and housekeeping are friendly and helpful. We fell in love with London and plan to return to this VRBO every time we visit.

This lovely, large and comfortable apartment was the perfect space for our 3 day stay in the quiet and quaint Mayfair area of London. Wonderful restaurants, parks, and easy access to shopping as well as sights of London were all close by. The Concierge, as well as host Sarah, was very helpful in answering our questions or directing us to some special venues. We would definitely book this apartment again!

Perfect location and overall comfortable and very well appointed. Great for larger groups. All attractions walkable, many pubs/eateries in the vibrant neighborhood, lovely parks. Only slight con is the cleanliness. Kitchen and bedrooms were spotless but bathrooms were not up to standard. We re-cleaned ours. May have been an overlook.

Our family of 7 stayed here and it was great for all of us. We had enough room for all of us ti stay. The location for us was close to so many sites and close to green park underground. Everything was perfect. Would stay there again. Thanks

The property looks every bit as good as the pictures. Located in Shepherds Market in Mayfair we found this facility to be close to everywhere we wanted to go. The property is spotless. The kitchen has all the amenities one needs to cook a great meal. Maid service except weekends which was not expected, but greatly appreciated. All three bedrooms were large, beds were comfortable. Three bathrooms, but only one with a walk-in shower. Nice private patio. Ground floor so easily accessible. We will definitely stay here again. Shared it with some friends and now they want to go. Lots of great ethnic restaurants five minute walk or less. Simply cannot say enough nice things about this facility.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. Spacious living area with a great outdoor space. The neighborhood is perfect, with many shopping places and restaurants nearby. The team was very helpful and accommodating during our stay.

This apartment was not the luxury unit we expected per the listing. There is a putrid stench of urine in one of the bedrooms and the entire place reeked of smoke. The supposed "air cooling system" IS NOT AIR CONDITIONING...and only 1 of the 3 units worked, pumping out smoky room temp air. Several of us had to get a hotel for 2 nites because the smell was so bad. The host took 2 days to resolve the issue by providing a few air purifiers & a portable a/c unit. Unfortunately, this barely helped the air quality. The couches are completely sunken in and the master mattress springs are popping out. They provided a mattress topper which helped. Beds are not U.S. normal king sized, just keep in mind. Floors were filthy and need a deep clean. OTHERWISE, the location, size and private patio were nice to have.

The apartment more than lived up to its description on the website. Apart from its location, which couldn't be better if visiting London, it was very well equipped. The kitchen and laundry appliances were all modern and in perfect working order. The concierge staff were always very helpful and if there were any problems in the apartment (ie light bulbs or minor plumbing) they were addressed either immediately or within 24 hours. The huge patio and barbecue area was also wonderful for entertaining. Next time we go to London we shall definitely try to book this apartment.

Flat was clean, roomy and just as described. We would not hesitate to stay here again! Location was perfect, vey close to Buckingham Palace and walkable to the Tube. Many pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. Absolute perfection!

A perfect location for access to restaurants, shopping, and site seeing. The apartment was beautifully appointed and comfortable. It was also an extremely safe neighborhood.

Location is the best. So convenient to everything and Shepherd’s Market is such a cute neighborhood. The size of the apartment is as advertised. Really large for a family group but as others mentioned, it could use a little bit of an update. Sofas are well worn and you sink into them - and not in a soft, fluffy way but in a way that the cushions need restuffing. Other furniture just looks dated. Cords on shades were broken so you couldn’t close them. The WiFi worked great, three bathrooms nice but the water pressure in the en suite bathroom is weak. Shower head could use a good cleaning. We had trouble with the temperature control. Apt was cold when we arrived having been vacant for a bit but despite keeping the heat on, it never really warmed up. Radiators are evidence that they’re aware of the issue - large livings / dining area may just be difficult to heat. But I would not want to stay here in the cold of winter. Sarah was easy to work with and answered all our questions. Some concierges more helpful than others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous home. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful and property manager was very responsive. The house was extremely clean. We enjoyed the use of the grill on the patio. There was plenty of room for six of us. I would 100% stay at this property again!
