The wifi was consistently poor. Perhaps we could have had a change of towels at some stage during the stay

Villa was lovely. Very spacious. Everything you would need in there. We had an issue related to the pool but the hosts were very responsive and sorted out a perfect alternative for us.

The pool at the property was empty and not in use. We were not warned in advance and i found this is be most deceiving of the owner. I have three small children (which he was aware of as I asked for three cots). We were told to use the pool facilities of a completely different complex which was incredibly inconvenient having to pack up bags, armbands, buggies etc. twice a day (we had to return to the villa for naps). The owner couldn’t have cared less and was very rude. He offered us a 5% discount on the rate which was laughable and which I am still yet to see. The house itself was nice but I would warn anyone going that you might not get what you signed up for. Avoid.

The property is suited for 6 - but not more if you want a comfortable bed and a bit of privacy for all. We rented the space for 8 people - 2 adults, 4 teenagers and 2 children. The booking advertisement and confirmation states "Two double rooms and room with 3 bunk beds". For all my previous booking experiences, one bunk bed sleeps 2. This is NOT the case here. The only bunk bed is for two - and has a drawer with and additional mattress. Our two boys ended up sleeping on camping beds in the living room. OK for one night - but not for a week. The information on booking is misleading.

Perfect location within Quinta Do Lago. Villa was very spacious inside with lovely garden with views directly over the golf course. Enjoyed six nights and will return next year.

Beautiful property, really clean comfy and spacious, has everything in the property that you need.Great garden area as well. Lovely location although you do need a car to get about. Lovely pool area,
