This is a very attractive home. Perfect for families, especially with teens. More than enough space for everyone for alone time and gatherings in the kitchen/living space. Very clean and centrally located to everything you’d like to see in San Antonio. Couldn’t be more pleased!!

We had a great time here. Comfortable, well provisioned, and in a GREAT location. We appreciated being able to walk around, and parking wasn’t too difficult. There was a group of five of us and it was great to have so much space to enjoy our reunion.

Very clean & quiet. Close to downtown. About 20 minutes to base. It is in an area of revitalization but very quiet for new construction near. Owner responds in a very timely manner. Let us leave our luggage in garage til 4 on checkout day because of our later flight. That freed us up to speed more time with our airman. Our SUV would not accommodate our lugguage & my grandson. Worked out great. Would rent again

Great property with comfortable bedding/couches. It was really quiet until our last day when construction went on all night long.

This house was perfect for our group of family and friends to stay while our kids were showing at the stock show. We were able to save money by eating in as a group. The house was a great set up to come together, yet also have quiet time and privacy.

Reserved two p l Ces in this complex for a conference in town. Great location and proximity to The Pearl and downtown area. Clean, roomy, comfortable! We could not have asked for more.

We really enjoyed the easy access to both the Pearl District, many restaurants, and downtown riverwalk area. The house served all of our needs and had comfortable beds and furniture. Lee contacted us to check on things the first day, which was greatly appreciated.

Nice but overpriced and not much flexibility with check in and check out given the price point. Felt nickel and dimed on several things. Several walls were dirty too.

We had a wonderful time . The place is great and was perfect for 7 guys. We had plenty of room to spread out and have some privacy

Our stay in this unit was great. We were able to all be in the same place, hang out, walking distance to restaurants. The home is easy to get to and centrally located to everything. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

There was construction that gave us no access to the garage, and the water was turned off, but there was no communication. We got a phone call at 9:30pm to come and change a AC filter, which we thought was very sketchy, and made us super nervous. We didn’t feel totally safe. Good location. Close to Alamo area.

Very nice modern property. The area is under construction but that is no fault of property; maybe we can return when area development is completed! Upon entering the decor is very welcoming and comfortable. The double garage is a nice bonus as parking would be tricky with guests in other units. All kitchen essentials are provided in unit. My husband and I stayed with my two sisters, one brother and their spouses and everyone was impressed with the comfort of the beds and pillows! We were very comfortable in the home and in close proximity to the wedding events we attended. We enjoyed our walk to the River Walk but the distance was longer than anticipated. All agreed we would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the Percenti family for sharing your property!

There property could be great, but some glaring issues of major concern. Property manager messaged me asking how my stay was. I replied that there was no internet and then it was crickets for the rest of our stay. This means zero internet in the house for 4 days and none of the TV's worked. I had to bounce of my hotspot the entire time just to watch TV. That was fun. Oh, and we discovered it was not working because the power cord for the cable modem was gone. Maybe buy a new one from Best Buy? The biggest issue here is the code I was given for the front door and garage was the same code that was printed in their welcome book. That's right. This property manager does not rotate the code so anyone that has stayed there previously can enter the property at any time. That is just down right lazy. And here is a list of other things we noticed: 1. Non working Keurig on the counter - just throw it away please. 2. Only 4 coffee cups in a house that has 5 bedrooms? Be prepared to wash your cup each day or share a cup of coffee for the 5th guest. 3. Several light bulbs out in the house - just replace them please. 4. Empty hand soap in 1/2 bath - might want to check that each time you flip the house. 5. Damp towels in the downstairs Jack and Jill bath? Just take your time and let them dry! 6. Internet, internet, internet. 7. Safety, safety, safety - rotate your codes please. This is a liability law suit waiting to happen. Other than that, we had a good time.

We loved the location of this property, near the river walk and the Pearl district. Easy access to our day excursions in New Braunfields and the Bridge caverns.

This condo was perfect for our family who flew in town from different parts of the country to attend our niece's wedding at the Hotel Emma. We are able to walk to the venue and to all of the amazing restaurants.We had two families of four, so the layout was ideal - my sister's family had the 1 bedroom and loft on the 3rd floor and my brother's family had the two bedrooms on the bottom floor. My husband and I had the master. The kitchen island and large dining room table sat us all comfortably. I recommend this location for families coming together to celebrate events at the Riverwalk.

Beautiful townhome located to several fun San Antonio attractions within walking distance. House was very spacious and clean. It was MORE than enough room for 2 people. The bathtub in the master bathroom is heavenly! Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property located near the city center. Really enjoyed the stay.

Six women here for the weekend. Great space for us all. Two friends shared the master suite on the 2nd level. Everyone else had their own room which included the loft on the 3rd level. The kitchen/dining/living area was all open and perfect. The living area was particularly nice with very comfortable furnishings. Excellent location. Easy walk to La Gloria & Pearl Brewery & the Riverwalk. Parked our cars upon arrival and didn't use it the rest of the weekend. Well attended Farmers Market at Pearl Brewery Saturday & Sunday. Neighborhood is transitional but none of us felt unsafe. There is a bar adjacent to this property and the bedrooms on the 2nd & 3rd floor could clearly hear the music from the bar. Recommend ear plugs or white noise machine if that would be a problem trying to fall asleep.

We had a pleasant time at this house. It was well decorated with enough supplies to allow large family dinners at home. There are 4 private bedrooms and an open loft with a bed. It is a short walk to the river walk with lots of nice local eateries within a short driving distance. The Keurig machine seems to trip the breaker after each use.
