Convenient location for our needs

The room had a foul odour and the bed sheets were very rough

Clean spacious rooms with good facilities friendly and helpful staff.

Nice scenic location. Nice cafe. Comfortable in the room. Water and snacks available to buy in reception. Felt safe. Would stay again.

Some rooms were better than others for example I didn’t have a chair and my room was smaller than my friend’s The door lock was a bit difficult. Bathroom was small.

Loved the atmosphere and feel of the hotel. The Room was great. Its 5a 10 minute from the train station which was perfect for us as we went to london.

Location wise was perfect for family get together. we have stayed before and have been happy with the previous rooms

we were in the rooms off the reception for the first time and unfortunately not impressed this time. the room has very thin curtains which made it hard to sleep in the early morning sunlight coming straight in the room. also the toilet system was very noisy

Indian restaurant and Cafe both good

Only one chair and no side table

Away from the hustle and bustle . Very peaceful and calm .

Everything seems ok

Room was clean and had s nice view of the canal

There were only enough sugar packs for one cup of tea had to buy a small bag of sugar.
