Welcomed by Sergio who gave us the keys and explained codes, etc, to reach apartment which made things easier. The rooms are large, the location is excellent for family activities.

The beds are too low, and the double bed is on the narrow side. One of the bathrooms is very small. The other bathroom has a shower above a deep jet bathtub, which makes it difficult to get in and out, especially with wet feet. The round switch that lifts or locks the bathtub plug is sort of hanging out, and it makes me wonder if water is getting elsewhere in the tubes or wires. The television is very small and stands at a good distance from the sofa. Plates and glasses OK, but no wine glass. The pots and pans are old, bent, bashed, teflon peeled off almost totally by countless scratches (in case the owners didn't know, teflon coatings are carcinogenic once they peel off the base). Knives, even though they are serrated, are blunt. No chopping board. One would expect better cookware in such a place, for that price. The wardrobes were very dusty, and we had to clean them before placing our clothes there. Lack of comfortable chairs in the lovely veranda (there were sun loungers in the pictures). For that price, we'd be better off in a nearby hotel with a pool.

Nice location, 10 min to the subway, clean rooms and really big living room.

The kitchen could be more equipped and dishes more cleaner. Also the knives were not sharpened.

The apartment was lovely and spacious, location was quiet and felt very safe. Facilities were good but a few things missing for us.

Needs air conditioning! It was only approx 26 and the main bedroom is large but it was very hot and stuffy at night. Needed a fan at the very least. Kitchen quite well equipped but missing chopping boards and wine glasses ! There is a dishwasher but no tablets provided ( I usually take some but forget ) not going to buy 30 for a 5 night stay ! Didn’t cook just had breakfast. Only one tea towel…. Comfy chairs on the large balcony would be nice. We had thought we may use this apartment again with our family but the twin beds are so low they aren’t really suitable for adults especially elderly parents.
