The room was lovely spotless very comfy bed nice towels, good location, nothing too much trouble for staff very helpful and friendly, will definitely staff again. Food very good.

Great location and lovely cosy room, was bigger in person than in photos. very clean. breakfast at an additional cost was excellent. staff were very friendly and professional

shower pressure was very poor. TV aerial was temperamental heating in the bathroom was not adjustable making the bedroom too hot when we were getting ready for the evening.

The room was small, cluttered and on 3rd floor. No lift facilities

The door of the room was very heavy and it was difficult to open from the inside without a handle - there was only the tiny handle on the lock.

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Room was nice, quite small and a bit hot but clean and comfortable. Perfect spot to get to Alnwick Castle and the Gardens as well. The famous Barter Books is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Food was very nice and again the staff were really attentive.

The bedside lights weren't working but it wasn't really an issue. They did know when we mentioned it and the electrician was due to fix.

School reunion great location bed very comfortable good two nights sleep. Only downside was the water pressure in the bathroom very low. I know it's am issue in Northumberland however the hotel should have put a small note in the bathroom to notify customers, also the system very noisy you can hear others use the bathroom.

No information on how to use the coffee machine. So was not able to use
