Location and free coffee when it worked. Close to Metro
Rooms were not stocked and charged for an extra bed in suite and then didn’t even provide extra pillows. We booked two rooms and 1 of the rooms got cleaned the other didn’t.

Hotel room is really specious

Easy access to the public transport to central station
Staff at the kitchen is really friendly
Staff was not helpful
We arrived the hotel early and a lady said they can try to give us the room in 15 minutes.
After 20-25 minutes I checked with a male staff member who did not respond to me asked me to wait and do answering calls and replying to emails.
Really disappointed with that experience.

It’s was clean and located in a quiet good neighborhood
It was little hard to find the entrance and it was weird the check in desk located on the 8th floor

The room was lovely and bright as well as extremely clean and well equipped with everything we needed. About 18 minute tram ride from the centre of the city (tram stop very close to hotel). The bed was super comfortable and the free drinks and apples by reception were a great touch. All the staff was lovely and friendly.

La grandeur de ma chambre, le calme, le design et la vue : l’hôtel occupe les 6e 7e et 8eme étage de l’immeuble .
Un peu loin du centre ville pour ceux que ca chagrinerait mais très accessible en 15mn par tramway 26 depuis la gare centrale.

Love this hotel, stayed here a few times already as the rooms are really nice and compared to centre hoteks very low priced. Also the view is fantastic as the staff and the late free checkout

I am compelled to share my extremely disappointing and disheartening experience with Amadi Panorama Hotel in Amsterdam, which I booked through Booking.com. Upon arrival, my travel companions and I were taken aback when the hotel demanded an additional payment of 23.12 Euros, despite Booking.com's guarantee that no extra charges would be incurred. To make matters worse, the hotel staff, particularly a dark-skinned female receptionist, exhibited an unwarranted display of hostility through hateful glances, leaving us feeling utterly perplexed and disrespected.
The unexplained extra payment and the receptionist's unfriendly demeanor have significantly marred our stay and tarnished the image of both Booking.com and the Amadi Panorama Hotel. As customers, we relied on Booking.com's commitment to transparent pricing and accurate information. However, the unexpected demand for additional payment upon check-in was not only a breach of trust but also a violation of the assurances provided by Booking.com.
Furthermore, the receptionist's hateful glances were both unprofessional and unacceptable. We were shocked by the lack of courtesy and basic respect shown by a member of the hotel's staff. Such behavior has no place in the hospitality industry, where guests should be treated with kindness and fairness regardless of their appearance or background.
I implore Booking.com to investigate this matter thoroughly and take immediate action to rectify the situation. The Amadi Panorama Hotel must be held accountable for their deceptive practices and the disrespectful behavior of their staff. Additionally, Booking.com should reevaluate its partnership with the hotel to ensure that other guests are not subjected to similar experiences in the future.
It is disheartening to see Booking.com, a platform we trusted, fail to deliver on its promises and allow such negative encounters to occur.

Neat and clean, excellent connectivity with tram, friendly and professional staff, highlight is the view from the Room, wow! Coffee and free drinks in the room.

The location and the hospitality. Free snacks at the reception and a beautiful place. There are also complementary tea and drinks in the room
The entrance wasnt easy to find and the hotel is not until you use the elevator to floor 8. Thats the reception and the hotel itself is on that level. All lower levels 0 to 5 do not belong to them so it was tricky figuring that out

The room location and breakfast were absolutely correct. There is nothing to complain about.
I am a German residing in the UK and my family are still in Germany. I visited Germany and decided to visit Amsterdam for a short holiday. What I did not like is your company did not accept my VISA card from the United Kingdom. I was frustrated and the staff started seeing me as a thief somehow. They checked the card and my data and they matched. Thank God that my wife paid with her card. Please I would like you to create a channel for someone to pay with a UK Visa card. I paid with the card at the car park and it was accepted.

amazing location, 2 mins walk from the nearest metro towards city centre, staff were friendly, place was clean and view was amazing
it was my personal opinion, the bed was not comfortable for me, had back pain cause of it, but I guess that’s personal preference can’t really blame the property

There is no restaurant for evening dinners.
Light in the rooms was not bright enough and the seat was uncomfortable to work on for long periods of time.
