Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement pour se rapprocher des activités (îles surin etc). L’établissement est top, propre et spatieux. Le personnel est agréable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter

Room was clean and location is quite convenient, surrounded by restaurants, diving shops, McDonalds & 7-Eleven across the street.

Everything is better than I expected! Staff was really nice, they would love to help you with everything. I was stay there alone and feel super safe :) Macdonald and 7-11 just opposite the hotel. Strong Wifi. Worth the money

They should have shower room before check-out but it's ok :)

Rooms were clean and staff were nice. The place is quiet and conveniently located. 7-elevens, restaurants and shops nearby. the beach is about 15mins walk away. Great value.

The shower wasn’t hot half of the time, but Thailand’s hot weather makes it tolerable.

We've stayed here before because it's a great location for our needs with helpful staff and comfortable rooms.

Rakkawan Residence is the perfect place to stay in Khao Lak! It is clean, quiet and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and friendly. I'm so glad I stayed here compared to any beach resort! Excellent location to access many beaches, restaurants and shops in walking distance or by motorbike (which you can rent directly from them). I actually extended my stay because it was so enjoyable. Also nearby many dive centers, which was helpful as I was doing my open water course. The drop off service was smooth and comfortable, and worth the price. I would stay here again whenever I come back to Khao Lak!

Nothing I didn't like. One thing to keep in mind is there is jo elevator, so request a room on the first floor if you need it.

I stayed in the room on top floor, last one. It was very nice and quiet. The room was clean and location convenient. Came back after my diving trip.

The breakfast wasn’t my taste, but there’s other options available nearby. It’s not luxury, but definitely good value.
