Clean rooms and well-prepared meals

Behaviour and hospitality was excellent. And welcome and behaviour I was pleased. Food also very good.

Repairing of room and bathroom needed. Cleaning should improve. Need step for mosquito.

Too much noise comes from outside (trafic). They cant help that. So you cant sleep well.

•Staff behavior and management was top notch and much better than many of the 5 star hotels out there. •Quick response and room service from the hotel. •The food was also great. •The hotel's in proximity to the Safdarjung Hospital, the sports injury centre, which was also the purpose of my visit.

•The bathroom facilities could have been a little better. •The price should be more reasonable than 4000/ night. •Apart from that, the location is in quite a congested place, there's traffic all around.

location is good. Staff is helpful and courteous. AC was good and went down to 60F. Room looked like the pictures.

The sheets and blankets were of poor quality, The sheets and blankets were stored in a storage room on the floor next to next to a dirty mop. The french windows had a gap between them. As a result the outside noise was not blocked, neither was the outside air. The toileteries were sub par (no contactless dispenser for soap and shampoo etc.). The soaps wrapped in their original paper packaging left on a shelf inside the shower. The shelf itself was loose and coming apart. No glasses in the room to drink water from. Air purifier in the room had filthy filters. Floor was dirty. Hot water Geyser starts running cold after 5 minutes of showering. Not expected from a Rs.3000 a day establishment.
