Incredible apartment in a great location in Nerja. Short easy walk to the center of town and easy access to various beaches in Nerja. The apartment is on a quiet residential street in a very peaceful location. Very modern and spotlessly clean, the apartment is exactly as pictured with all the amenities you could need plus a wonderful little pool in the back. Loved my stay and will definitely be returning soon!

We absolutely loved this apartment, everything about it was first class.The fittings and furnishings were of a v high standard, the host had thought of everything to make our holiday an enjoyable one.The private pool was a big bonus and with such good weather a very welcome one .The appartment was spotless.Maribel was brilliant in dealing with minor issues that popped up , everything was dealt with promptly and efficiently.I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone going to Nerja.Thank You so much for such lovely experience. Very spacious appartment. Comfortably sleeps 6. Brilliant decoration and superbly equipped kitchen. Lovely private plunge pool and outdoor eating area. The location is excellent being about 10 minutes walk to Burriana beach and 5 minutes walk to the the town centre. Really could not fault the appartment or Spain sun rentals. The booking in process because two of our party don't live with us and trying to upload their passports and get them to sign the agreement was really awkward

What a fantastic place, close to the shops and beach. The apartment was stunning and the pool was such a bonus. We had the best time there. Highly recommend a visit and stay for 10 days, it's worth it!! The WhatsApp group was really helpful and everyone on there were wonderful. The owners were great and even left us a welcome gift of food and beers, such a great surprise.

This apartment has great indoor and outdoor space, and is in good condition, it has most things provided that you need in a break away from home. It was nice to have been left a welcoming assortment of essentials including bread, milk, butter, etc also a few beers which was an added bonus

Apartment is deceptively large...the picture from the street doesn't do it justice. Great location - close to everything (beach, shops, Balcon de Europa). Nice pool - adequate privacy and clean. The agency also setup a WhatsApp group and provided information before we arrived. Juan spoke highly of the accommodation when I phoned him before arriving...and he was right! Towels - provide better quality Provide more bin bags

Well appointed accommodation having all the facilities you could wish for. Bright and clean throughout. Private pool a bonus but very bracing on a March afternoon! Owners and agents great to deal with making for a truly relaxing holiday. Separate pillows for the double bed would be better

The apartment may appear very unassuming from the outside but inside it has everything you need for a great holiday. My wife and I particularly enjoyed the private pool and were impressed by the standard of the decor throughout. Everything was meticulously clean and well presented. We’ll definitely be back! Mention too for the guys at Spain Sun Rentals - always easy to reach and ensured everything went smoothly. Cheers!!

Hemos pasado unos días inolvidables. La casa perfecta, superlimpia, no le faltaba un detalle. La ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo. El trato estupendo. Repetiría sin ninguna duda.

The apartment is much bigger and nicer than it looks in the pictures and is in a great central location. The service wet booking taxis, getting the keys etc was perfect. A great hassle free holiday!

Casa San Juan was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. Communication with representatives of Spain sun rentals was very effective and the information provided about local restaurants and supermarkets was very helpful. It wasn’t warm enough to use the pool however, would be very welcome to everyone staying during the warmer months.

The pictures don't do the apartment justice. It's actually way nicer than the pics with the high ceilings and long apartment it's very comfortable for 6! We were 4 (2 couples) and because of the 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms on each end of the apartment it felt like we all had our own space. The apartment comes with everything! Anything you need in the kitchen is there. The bathrooms are fab, very modern. The pool area is such a bonus with sun all day until evening when you welcome a bit of shade so you can crank up the bbq (full gas bottle provided too). It's in a residential area so keep that in mind. We had a bbq one of the nights and stayed out back chatting too late and the neighbours complained but I agreed with them. It's in a residential area so respect should be given to that. But, I will return to Nerja (this was my first time) and I hope Casa San Juan is free so I can stay there again. I always felt too that if I needed anything the communication was great. I loved the WhatsApp that Spain Sun Rentals set up so that I knew to contact them if I needed them (which was only on departing day after 9 nights to ask about keys...). Can't wait to return. Thanks again we loved it here.

Nous avons passé de fabuleuses vacances à Nerja, notamment grâce aux prestations offertes par cette maison. La location est très récente, très bien entretenue et très bien équipée. La situation géographique est parfaite : à 5 minutes du centre de Nerja, du balcon de l'Europe où de la plage de Carabello. Les contacts avec le loueur ou les propriétaires ont été excellents. Tout a été fait pour que nous passions de superbes vacances et cela a été le cas. Merci à Maribel, Joaquin et Ana pour leur gentillesse.

We stayed here from the 8/5/17 to 8/6/17 we had a lovely time. There was a few teething problems which you would expect from a new let but it's they way they are delt with that really matters, we were so happy we have booked for May 2018 I think that tells you we were very happy. The house have everything you need, we did not get all UK TV apart from news but then again you don't go on holiday to watch tv. The pool was lovely and we had sun on it all day which we were very surprised about. It's a lovely clean, bright and very relaxing home. Bit frightened to say too much as want to keep it a secret but it's good to share (but please don't book may) lol. Once you stay here don't think you will choose anywhere else. Have fun like we did. Great apt close to everything!

Casa San Juan is perfect for what my young family needed: spacious, located in town (so no need of a car) and a pool. We stayed there in September 2016 when Nerja was quieter after the busy period in August. We did not want a large villa with tons of space too far to walk into town so this apartment was a great compromise. The quality inside is very good. The beds are comfortable and good size. The whole place was very clean with a very useful open-plan kitchen. Having the 2 bathrooms was a great thing so we did not have to queue up. The outside space is good and the pool excellent as I could read my book while I was watching the children play in the water. We also used the BBQ quite a lot and it was very easy to buy food and drinks in the nearby shops. This place is definitely a small gem in town. Maribel and Joaquin were very kind as we arrived quite late but managed to organise everything for us. Many thanks from East London!!

Central location, bright large kitchen living space , high ceilings, nice plunge pool. Place was spotless!
