Mattress was not good , room was so small and old .. housekeeping girl staff did not do clean enough ..kids meal was not good .. mentioned amenities were not working under covid whereas food all is available but no outdoor games and kids play area closed disappointed..

The property has been maintained well. Its more towards maintaining the ecosystem. No vehicles are allowed in the premises. The place has multiple options of rejuvenation. The location is away from the city. Rooms are comfortable in villa style and the staff is pro-active and helping. Recommended.

Overall the resort is very nice to stay with family and friends, Good ambience, very beautifully decorated with flowers, the entire premise was very neat and clean. We enjoyed a lot and we are happy customer. We had one issue while we reached at resort regarding allotment of rooms, but still its a good experience.

Sunray resort is an excellent place to visit and stay with family, however the management have to make the CHECK - IN procedure without wasting time as when we reached, we had to wait outside for aprox 2:30 hrs for getting room. Staffs are aware of the room if ready or not but still they were hiding and telling me some excuses. Actually the room was not ready however we had done the pre booking. Actually we wasted many hours due to non allotment of room.
