Amazing gardens and incredible views, food was good and most importantly staff - extremely polite, smiling all the time and friendly. it’s a child-friendly hotel with lots to do with kids: indoor pool, indoor play area, outdoor facilities.

Bathrooms/ some rooms need to be refurbished, AC didn’t work

The place has potential but seems a little rundown

Great garden located outside of town. With clear air and nice view. The food in the restaurant was good even a bit strange in the menu selection. It looks like a very nice place to enjoy a wedding. The whiskey bar was more than amazing. I haven’t seen such great selection in the country.

The lady on the reception/bar the second and third day was totally out of it. She was just going true the motions, but clearly she was not present while working.

Only good location near Karlovo. Very polite receptionist and waitress.

The room was extremely small and uncomfortable. It wasn’t a room, it looked like a closet. It didn’t have a window and was very hot. Very old bed sheets, no room to leave your luggage. And our breakfast wasn’t delicious at all.

The garden was beautiful, spacious, and with a clear view of the mountain. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The food was tasty and the liquor selection was spectacular.

Room was clean, but smelled of dust. The furniture was old and looked nothing like what was shown on the photos. The bathroom was tiny and with weird mirror placement. The mattress was too soft and offered no support for my torso. With the help of the firm large pillows I was always in U shape and couldn't find a comfortable position. The bed wasn't double, more like 1.5. On top of that, the mattress shifted and bounced like a water bed and I clearly felt every move of my partner. As a result we were dead tired after both nights. Other rooms may have offered a much better quality to match the exterior, but our was really bad.
