Pricing is slightly on the higher side if one is looking for a longer duration stay.

The ambience, cleanliness and last but not the least Special cordial behaviour of staff Chelse, Sonu and all staff members at front desk were very helpful. I felt they go extra mile to help the customers .

NOTHING AT ALL

This hotel is simply majestic. The foyer is magnificent, and it smells like flowers and essential oils. We were greeted warmly, the book-in procedure was swift, and then our room was upgraded for free. The upgraded room was amazing: 2 flat screen TVs, a comfortable lounge area, a huge bed, a walk-in closet, an enormous bathroom with a deep bathtub - it was absolutely luxurious. Room service was excellent and the meals high quality. I especially enjoy the variety of breakfast and the excellent service. What a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Convenient location for airport, and a (dated) mall very near. Booking & check-in were easy. Already familiar with the hotel - bar and restaurant are pricey but good.

There is an angular design to the hotel which extends to everything in the room - the shape of the walls, the furniture etc. While this looks modern and quirky in the photos it is not particularly practical when using the room - it feels like it was designed to look good not to make best use of space or with the customer in mind. The bathroom design is not good with very awkward access to the bath/shower and which are difficult to use without getting water all over the floor. The bathroom door is very heavy to open/close and didn't lock properly. The various light switches/options are confusing and didn't seem to have a reading light on one side. A light in the ceiling (smoke alarm maybe?) flashed on and off all night - not good. Would have preferred not to have carpet in a hotel room and the overall cleanliness was not top notch. Feels in need of a refresh.
