The neighborhood & house were beautiful. Everything was as expected in by description. No surprises everything met expectations.

Eileen was wonderful in communicating and being welcoming. The house is perfect and has a wonderful screened in porch out back which is so relaxing. Very short drive to the beach and Boardwalk.

The house was clean, comfortable and the owner goes above and beyond to make your stay a happy one. I'm looking forward to going back again next summer.

This was a perfect spot for our Jersey shore getaway! Eileen was an excellent host, and she went above and beyond on the littlest details. Her place was a lovely home that fit our party of four quite comfortably. Eileen was easy to get in touch with when we had questions, and our check-in/check-out was a breeze. In all the right ways, we felt like we were staying with family. We were a short drive to the beach, less than five minutes from the supermarket, and close to many delicious restaurants and bars. Eileen the owner, was quickly responsive to all of my questions. The rental house was absolutely adorable, very clean, bigger than I thought, had an extra bedroom that I didn’t even need, and 2 very convenient bathrooms for my husband, son and I. The screened in back room was a bonus for rainy days and coffee/breakfast in the morning and watching the bunnies hop around was cute. This house is only 10 minutes from the Pt Pleasant Beach and boardwalk. It is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. There were plenty of towels, the beds were very comfortable, and the AC works great! The owner Eileen, even left a little bottle of wine with wine glasses and delicious chocolates it was a very nice surprise and a very nice touch. Couldn’t ask for better house for a long weekend getaway, I would definitely recommend this house to any family looking to get away to the Jersey Shore. Hopefully I will have the chance to rent this house again soon!

We had such an enjoyable stay here at Eileen's lovely home. You can tell she takes pride in this house. Eileen was so welcoming and kind! The pictures did not do this house justice, such a beautiful house! We absolutely loved the large screened in porch area! The house was very clean as well. There were no complaints had about the house. I would recommend renting this house to anyone and would love to come back next summer and rent!

Very cute, charming and spacious! It looks small on the outside but it's really big inside! We didnt even use the second living room/seating area. The owner was very sweet in letting us check in early. Everything was easy and seemless. I know we are going to book this place again!

This house was the perfect getaway for 3 sisters. We arrived to an extremely clean and orderly home. The location was in very close proximity to pristine beaches and just minutes away from from a wide range of restaurants. The highlight and hidden gem of this cozy home was the screened-in porch off the back of the home. We spent our nights playing cards, laughing and relaxing. It rained 2 evenings and it's peaceful to just sit and watch the rain. The entire neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. I would 100% recommend renting; a rate little nook that's safe and relaxing during these uncertain times.

Overall this was a good experience. Neighborhood is safe and quiet and for the most part the house was clean and quite serviceable. However the refrigerator was full of food, personal effects, including family pictures and crucifixes, were left out and several lamps didn't work even after being plugged in. Note that this house does not have a dishwasher or Wi-Fi and the quote-unquote coffee pot is a percolator.

This house was great for our family while we visited Pt. Pleasant. Great area & friendly neighbors. Loved the back porch to sit in and eat breakfast. Central air was a huge plus too! Thanks Eileen!

We stayed here for a weekend and wanted to be close to our family members in Brick and Point Pleasant, but also close to Manasquan where we had events to attend. We looked at a few available properties in the area and decided on this one because of the central location, number of bedrooms and price. Because of the short length of our stay and the fact that we would be there on a weekend, we weren't too concerned with beach proximity (although the beaches are only a few miles from the house) and even on Saturday and Sunday, the traffic from the house was tolerable to Point Pleasant and Manasquan. Perks are three bedrooms, a very clean and family friendly house, a private backyard screened porch that can accommodate a small party, a relatively quiet residential neighborhood, a great grocery store about a mile and a half away, and a friendly and communicative property owner that answered any of our questions. Our group consisted of two seniors, two middle-aged parents and two tween girls. The house was a perfect size for that amount. The single drawback was only one full bath, but we made it work. The A/C also works well...we were there on the 100 degree days!

Eileen's home is very spacious and comfortable. We had a sisters/nieces/granddaughter stay and greatly enjoyed the large and comfortably furnished screened in porch. The 3 bedrooms easily slept 6. Having the full bath and half was key for so many people. Easy 15 minute drive to Pt. Pleasant beach. After enjoying the beach it was great to come home to the nice quit neighborhood. A/C and all kitchen amenities made for a very easy stay! Hope to come again!

Beautiful, quiant, well kept property. Beds were super comfy. Rental process was very easy, Eileen kept in touch leading up to our stay, provided instructions on the property, contact information and provided resources and suggestions for our stay. Beautiful neighborhood (friendly neighbors) close proximity to beaches, shopping and best of all ice cream! Looking forward to returning next year. Thanks Eileen for the use of your cozy home!!

We felt very comfortable at this property. The owner was very accessible via texts for any questions we had. We loved the screened in porch and the beds and linens were comfortable. We missed having WiFi and a dishwasher. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to declutter cabinets,frig and freezer. We would definitely recommend this property to families!

Quiet neighborhood, close to stores. Clean and inviting home. It was great to have the kitchen & grill to use. We really enjoyed the screened in porch with picnic table and comfy seating for meals.

Comfortable and clean. Only downside was no WiFi but good to be unplugged for a few days. Beds are comfortable and AC was great! Great for the price!

Immediately upon arriving, I felt right at home. The home is very neat and well appointed. The rooms are spacious and welcoming and the back porch is a nice surprise and perfect for relaxing, having meals or playing games. The house is in a quiet neighborhood a short drive from the beach and close to stores. Overall, a very nice experience.

We had a great experience at this cute little house! We enjoyed breakfast out on the screened in porch everyday! The house had everything we could need and then some! The house was about 10 minutes from Bayhead Beach and about 15-20 minutes from Point Pleasant. We would go to the beach for a few hours and come back so our son could take a nap. The homeowners left some instructions and recommendations of a restaurant, which was amazing! It was nice to have some first hand knowledge. The house is a short 5 minute drive to a grocery store, meat market, and anything else you could want, but the neighborhood was quiet. Overall, great experience!
