The kindness of Norma. Clean room, luminous and well equipped. Norma organizes tours, and you can buy her breakfast.

The location is not the one given in booking, it's much further away from downtown. No possibility to eat in the neighborhood, you have to order food. Neighborhood is not pretty, and noisy during the night because of dogs in the street.

Norma was a great host. The house was extremely clean, which was very nice. Norma also provided our trekking to Laguna 69 which was super nice. The price/quality expectations were beyond met. It is a nice, quiet residency from where you can go on trips/trekkings well-rested.

The owner is extremely kind and ready to help with everything. Since I don't speak Spanish, she called the agencies I had a problem with and talked to them. She always gave an explanation of how to get somewhere.

I didn't like the following: I announced that I would stay a few days longer and the owner said it is okay. The next evening when I asked to pay for the extension of the stay, she told me that some group had booked all the rooms from tomorrow, and since I did not confirm my staying, she rented them. I don’t think it was fair because she could have sent me a WhatsUp message if she wasn’t sure I would really stay, before she rented it to others. But most Peruvians in Huaraz do business that way. They are far below the professionalism of tourism workers in Cusco.

Very nice and friendly owner, who speaks English. She even picked us up from bus station at 6 am and helped us to get a taxi when we left. Nice clean rooms with hot water, quiet neighbourhood. A little bit too far from city center, but taxi costs only 4 soles.

Great host. It felt like home! Very quiet unlike many places in Central Huaraz! One of the double bed room has a great view on surrounding mountains.

Location a bit remote but in safe place, easily reachable by taxi. Free transport from bus station

Room is big and comfortable. They cleaned it every day. The owner picked us up at the bus terminal and was helpful with everything. She let us stay in the common areas for an entire afternoon to wait for our night bus to Lima. We booked through her tours to laguna 69 and laguna paron. Maybe they are a bit more pricey of other agencies but it avoided us to go around and look for the best deal.

The shower is electric so you need to choose between having hot water and having a decent flow. The area is not appealing but it didn't feel unsafe
