La ubicación es lo mejor del departamento..los chicos que nos atendieron.superamables y había todo lo necesario para una estadía muy confortable

La calle era muy ruidosa y el.departamento no tiene buena.aislacion.acustica

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación y el piso en sí. Está bonito, limpio y no está mal de espacio (fuimos 5 personas). Una habitación es perfecta de espacio pero la otra, un poco pequeña. El servicio de la empresa que lo lleva es impecable, están totalmente pendientes de que todo vaya bien.

No funcionaba algún enchufe ni el telefonillo pero enseguida tomaron nota para arreglarlo.

Location, location, location!!

The bathrooms were very small.

Absolutely amazing location very close by to top historical buildings. The streets are bustling and never dull. There are various restaurants and convenience shops seconds away. The apartment itself has a lovely look and one of the rooms being tiny wasn’t a big issue since the living room is quite spacious and has a sofa bed.

The fact that the staff doesn't even know a single word in english,in the center of madrid(a tourist area) is unacceptable and made the communication not possible

Location was good

Check in was a disaster. The entry system to the apartment door failed. Contacted host, after a long time someone arrived to assist and we were met with rudeness and frustration over the battery in the apartment lock system not working and hac to stand outside the apartment whilst battery changes and tests took place. Not a welcoming or smooth start and delayed our first day. Apartment fine but wouldn't use again due to the entry hassle.

Great location the dishwasher is a plus easy to check-in and check-out

The space needs a little updating

We LOVED the location. it was walking distance to almost all places, puerta del sol, mercado de san miguel, Gran via, Museo del Prado (20 min walk). and then the rain started and it was just even more beautiful. we couldn' t get away from the balcony to watch the streets and people running!

Everything else inside the house was bad and poor quality. Starting with the person that met us that was simply rude. she was inside the house for about 45 seconds. Only showed the location for the air conditioner but didn't even stopped to explain. The house smelled such a strong perfume that it gave me and my oldest kid a headache, when i texted her how to turn it off she told me that was a triangle on the wall. I should find it and turn off. so I sent a picture of 2 things that were on the wall and she replied which one but there was no button so i just left outside on the balcony. The dishes were still inside the dishwasher and the ones that weren't were dry leftover food on it. You can tell that everything is poor quality inside (pillows, mattress, couch, dishes). They also said that Parking was available but never mentioned that it was for extra cost and public...for who rents a car this is very important since parking is rare and expensive. And to top it off, only when you make through with the reservation, is that they add another $70 for cleaning...which it wasn't. The floor was dusty, the throw pillows with some disgusting stains...ewwww. if you only mind location, you will love it, but DEFINETELLY not good for the money. will NEVER stay again.

Everything, location was amazing, excellent for 2 couples as 2 separate bathrooms, handy to have washing facilities as meant we could travel with less luggage. 5 minutes walk from underground, 5 minutes from Plaza Major, 5 minutes from indoor market, 5 minutes from shops, restaurants on doorstep.

Location was great, most of the popular places very very close. Metro stations were about 3-4 mins distance. There was elevator in the apartment. And couch was very comfortable.

Room was not clean. They just changed garbage bags and there was dust in the wardrobes. And no key on the doors of bathrooms/bedrooms. We couldnt lock the doors.

Great location. It is close to everything. Easy to find. A nice apartamento, says it sleeps 6 but 5 is comfortable. It is very clean and had everything you need for a few days stay.

Imposible to get hold of the owner if there is an emergency. It was 37degrees in Madrid the weekend we stayed and the Air conditioner was not working. The telephone number given doesnt work and my messages were ignored. It was so hot that we couldnt sleep. Awful. Only got a 25euro compensación which I personally dont think is good enough as in such heat it was horrible.

Prefect location, steps away from Plaza Mayor and St Miguel market. All major central Madrid sights and shopping are within minutes of walking. Yet the apartment is tugged at a quiet plaza. Two bathroom is a plus for our party of 4 people.

Spacious living room, nice and cosy apartment, self check-in, heating systems makes the apartment warm very quickly (relevant for cold season, of course). Very convenient with two bathrooms

Great location

The apartment is very close to the center (2-3 min from Opera metro station), there are a lot of restaurants and marketplaces around. Everything was nice and clean, the apartment is perfect for couples or families who wants to visit Madrid.

The location is a short walking distance from plaza mayor. It's on a side street that doesn't get much traffic. It has a washing machine two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a separate kitchen with almost everything you need for your stay. The bedroom furthest from the street was decent.

Our plane arrived early in Madrid so we had to use the luggage drop off location which was several blocks away from the actual apartment. Be prepared, they only accept euros and you will pay at least $10 per bag for storage, cash only. We had requested early check-in if possible. They sent us a message 20 minutes before our check-in time to say the room was ready. It was pouring down rain so by the time we drug our luggage to their front door we were ready to get in. The check in process was a nightmare. We stood out front for 45 minutes trying to get in the front door. You have to buzz a button and also call to be let in. The door would not unlock. The repeated attempts were ridiculous and even after contacting the owners no one came and helped us. Finally we got in. The apartment is average with all of the furnishings looking like a dorm room furnished from Ikea. Don't be the person to stay in the front bedroom. The local area must go through a lot of glass and trash. The huge trash bins are located directly outside and trash is spoiling over. Be prepared for their sanitation department to empty those bins throughout the night, you will hear them. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Couldn't move to the couch because our third person was sleeping there (she woke up with pieces of the couch sticking to her). This property needs a serious upgrading for the amount that they are charging.

We had to wait 20 minutes until someone finally came to the apartment!!! The apartment had 2 towels dirty and the bathrooms wasn't clean enough,, there where shampoo from the previous renters!!! 3 persons and we had 1 key!!!it has small beds

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. I have traveled with my girlfriend, it was the first time that she came to Madrid and she loved it. Very close to everything. All we were advised to visit, was a few minutes walking from the aparment. The apartment is in a beautiful square that isolates you from the bustle of the center of the big city.
