Location was great. Was so clean. Comfortable. Kitchenette was perfect. Bathroom was clean.

Pillows were too big and hard.

No air con. Very uncomfortable I’m London temperatures. One fan doesn’t cut it.

We loved the location - central but not in the crazy busyness of the touristy areas, near the Underground stop, restaurants, cafes, and Hyde Park. Comfortable bed, kitchen supplies for coffee and simple eating, chairs and table on the balcony a huge plus.

The lighting is super odd. The ceiling light is extraordinarily bright, too bright for the space, and no other options. Some bedside lighting or under cabinet lighting over coffee area would be really helpful.

We had issues with a sewerage smell in our first room which took two days an multiple calls for us to be moved. When I requested a refund a new room was available in a different building which we were moved to and the first two nights were refunded. Unfortunately (just bad luck) the shower mixer was broken in the second room so the rest of the trip was in a better room with a balcony which was nice.

Nice modern flat, clean and confortable with verry good location, close to shops, restaurants and 2 underground stations. No breakfast or services, sinsce it was a flat. My room was in the basement just one floor downstairs. (It was near the entrance door that is bit noise sometimes)

The apartment was in an excellent location, the next street had lots of food places and shops and even Bayswater underground station which was extremely helpful. It included all the essentials, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless.

Both windows in the apartment were painted shut so couldn’t even get fresh air into the room which felt like we were trapped in. two mirrors which were down the stairs in the bathroom and hallway with no plug sockets near by therefore had to do my hair using the camera on my phone which was not ideal.

The location was excellent, it was a quiet street that was as three-minute walk from a lively street full of bars and restaurants.

When we arrived at our room the first day there was a terrible smell of rotting food/garbage coming from the refrigerator and possibly also the drain. We tried airing out the room with the window open for several hours, which didn't help much, and since it was on the ground floor we would have to close the window to sleep. We called the accommodation's emergency number to let them know it was making us feel sick and we couldn't stay there that night. The representative said they wouldn't take our word for it, they couldn't move us without a staff member smelling it themselves, and they couldn't send a staff member to smell it. We had to book another nearby hotel for the night. The next day there was a miscommunication between the office staff and the maintenance person, and we had to personally catch and talk with the maintenance person to ask him to smell our room and call the office to report it. We gave up our tourism plans for the day to stay in the area and wait for them to sort out a solution for us. They eventually had us move to another room for the night but said we'd have to move back in the morning. In the morning, the smell was still there. At noon, they contacted us to move us to a one-bedroom apartment in the same building. This option worked for the remaining two nights of our stay. We have emailed customer services about a refund for our first night and have not heard back

Love the location! Surrounded by groceries stores, restaurants 2 subway stations, all at the same quiet. Appliance worked fine.

We found cleaning issues, floors were dusty, bathroom shower has black mold spots, plus bad drainage when using it. Our unit was in the basement, and sometimes got a putrid odor in the building corridor.

Bed creaking all night, could hear every move from every room. Pillows awful.

We stayed for 5 days and it was great. Really good communication, straightforward instructions regarding check-in and check-out (it's a really easy process to self check-in/check-out, which was great for us as we arrived quite late and left quite early), very big room for London standards and very well equiped. The room (and whole building) was very clean and bright. The location is great (really close to both the tube and bus stops), safe, really close to the city centre and a short walk from Portobello Road. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay!

The bed mattress and pillows were a bit hard but not a big deal as we had a good night's sleep anyway (and it's all a matter of taste I guess!)

The apartments are in a very nice position to visit London. The staff is always available to handle every issue that can arise during the stay. The structure have a good price/quality balance.

The apartments are not very clean and in the morning the light of the sun will enter the room also if the blinds are completely down.

The apartment was on the fourth floor! Had to walk up 5 flight of stairs to get to my room. Carrying my luggage up and down the stairs was a nightmare.

Lovely and clean throughout. Superb location right next to Bayswater high street and tube station. Hassle free check in / check out.

The location

Bed sheet wasn't clean, found hair on the bed and duvet. Nails were found too near the bed.

The location and in general the area is really nice, near Notting Hill (around 10 min. on foot) and well-connected to the Center via Tube (3 min. on foot) or buses.

The appartment is really small, not suggesting it for long stays. There is no elevator, so people with disabilities should have this in mind while booking.
