All easy good

Excellent location with all the facilities you could need as well as a superb view over venice. The host was superb, very helpful and spoke English.

Small bathroom space (Height) and a lot of stairs to climb to get to the apartment

The location was good and Nina was always available to answer our questions.

The equipment of the flat ! The sofa bed was not really comfortable and the shower was not a real shower I could not even stand in it.

Very nice, authentic and big apartment, perfectly situated between Rialto Bridge and St. Marco. Just right to escape from the touristic streets to the 5th floor, with great view of the campanile St. Marco. And what we also liked: The internet was quite slow; so, for the first time since weeks, our kids played with us instead of bending over their smartphones ;-)

5th Floor without a lift. not a major problem for us but could be to someone with lesser mobility. Noise. The apartment above was not mindful of us below and noise and could easily be heard with talking, tv and floorboards creaking, and door banging shut when they came in late. Wi-Fi not great and wouldn’t stay connected

Perfect location, 1 minute walk from the Rialto bridge. Great facilities and large beds, a very spacious apartment. Nina was a wonderful host, so helpful, made our journey into Venice and finding the accommodation so much easier. Our flight was delayed by 3hrs and Nina still met us late into the evening which was very kind.

The bedroom windows aren’t very soundproof so you hear noise from the street below, but I think this is typical of Venetian buildings and the age they are. Would stay here again but just bring earplugs! My only recommendation would be to add a mirror into the second bedroom.

Bathroom is very small and the ceiling is low, it was hard to fit in the shower because ceiling beam runs through it.

Thin door between the two rooms didn't lock, so wasn't so private.

The apartment is very spacious (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and the location is absolutely fantastic with all highlights and great restaurants within walking distance. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and a well equipped kitchen. Nina, the host, was absolutely fantastic in sharing information and taking that extra step to make us comfortable. The value for money is excellent.

The apartment is on the fourth floor, only to be reached by stairs. No problem for fit people but not recommended for older people or people with walking challenges.

Location was fantastic, an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Nina was an excellent host - meeting us at Rialto Carbon then taking us to the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay really enjoyable. Thank you Nina.
