It was a very nice experience. The hotel is distinguished by its upscale and special location. It is close to the exciting Italian life. It was quiet and all the employees were very friendly and took the initiative to provide their services. The suite was very exciting and spacious, transporting you to beautiful dreams. The breakfast meals were varied.. I liked I hope to extend the length of stay, but I will have to return to the same place again. I liked the stay in
nothing..

NA
An utter disappointment for a 5 star stay. Parking is not complimentary, pool use is non complimentary for guests (be prepared to pay EUR20 for 2 hours of use) & the staff informed us that because of system maintenance in the hotel overall, the pool temperature is 19 degrees celsius. On top of that, 2 other lifts were not working, the shower head was dirty, and 2 bottled water (1 still and 1 sparkling) were provided ONLY on the first night. It seems that the hotel is scrimping and saving on areas by charging guests on facilities, amenities & services which are a given at other 5 star hotels. Also, we had a room with zero view, and a tub that takes ages to fill (more than half an hour & only ankle deep). The location is not as convenient compared to other reasonably priced 4-5 star hotels near the Trevi Fountain. Deep regrets staying, not worth the money & a lackluster hotel.

Staffs are very nice, hotel is close to Termini station.
Rooms could be a bit more cleaner.

Probably the most friendly and welcoming staff we've ever met. Reception ( we delt with Ms. Irene ) was especially helpful to assist us to overcome with some of our special issues.
The gym is equipped to perform a professional athlete's daily routine.
The in-house Senses restaurant provides with not only great food but a remarkable, reasonably priced wine list.

-Beautiful Palazzo
-Floor to ceiling height in suite
-Contrast between the classic exterior and modern interior
-Amazing staff (special mention Eleonora and the front desk team / that stay in touch over WhatsApp and do their best)
-Rooftop with live music
-Sonor levels from 9 am (the doors being slammed … the vibrations reaching us in the room, very bad isolation that needs to be corrected)
-Room service is very average in day time , after midnight it’s disastrous (not at all what you would expect from a 5* .. inability to order even Diet Coke due to them not having the keys to the kitchen etc .. the option of only two sandwiches .. and what makes it worse there very bad) this needs a simple and quick fix , I will give them a second chance due to the nice staff / location.

The external facade of the building is grand.
Terrible airconditioning. Location is a 20 minute walk from the town centre. Not worthy to be called a 5 star by any means.

I like nothing at all
the property is in a very bad condition. very old and bad. the room they gave me different than the pictures I’ve choose. many things damage in the room. the A/C was fixed between 23 to 25 C. it was extremely hot, when I asked to fix the AC they said it’s like that and it’s the hotel policy. I can’t sleep well. the room was smaller than what I paid for. the telephone in the room is not working, so I need to go down to complain for every issue I have in my room. also, when I asked them how to order room service, they asked me to do international call from my own mobile number to order or to ask anything I need. the room full or female hair. dead flies on the wall. they always keep the windows opened after they clean the room, which I hate the most.
in general, it was the worst hotel and service ever..
the day after I fight with them and they gave me the room similar for the pictures in booking.com but it was a very condition and very cheap furniture.
will never recommend it to anyone.
also, when I contacted booking.com to help me, they said we tried to call the property but they are not answering the calls. so you need to fix this issue by yourself!!!! excuse me! I booked through you so you are responsible for everything. and she said also you can stay for 1 night and the day after they can do refund but they will detect the first night !!!! it’s not accepted!!

Conveniently located in front of Termini, it’s the perfect location if you’re in town for a short time or just passing by.
I was worried about possible noise in the rooms at night because it’s a very busy area but they made a great job with the soundproof - the rooms as well are huge, with high ceilings - extra plus for the bed which was very comfortable and furnished with top quality bedsheets, something that i appreciate a lot when I travel for work.
The design could have been done better for sure, from the awkward disposition of some elements in the rooms to the tragic entrance of the hall which has the feeling of a 3* hotel in some Eastern European country - and the uniform of the staff as well is really not on a 5* standard - at Addison you can do better!

Friendly staff, large rooms, rooms next to each other.
The layout and interior of our rooms (junior suites) was a little strange and not very friendly.

It was amazing, our whole stay was so beautiful. I would rather say it was something unique.
The whole hotel is just like the name says- A “Palazzo”.
It seemed like we were staying in an ancient museum. Marble on the floor, huge wooden doors and the highest ceilings i’ve ever seen in a hotel.
It was lovely. Thank you!!
The Spa had a weird smell. Maybe Chlorine.
