Trevlig personal i receptionen.

Tv:n fungerade inte, frukostpersonalen var sur och otrevlig, Ej fått information om inte fungerande tv på hela hotellet.

ostädat rum, det kändes att nån torkat av säng kläder istället att byta ut dem. Toastenen va skitig, kiss fläckar som torkat syntes. Spegel i duschen smutsig. Och kanske är dags att byte ut dem drick mugg/ glas som står i duschen/ toaletten som är gjorda av plast. Det kändes att plastglasen är 100 år gamla.

Although the food was limited for dinner in the restaurant it was absolutely delicious. The breakfast was also fantastic. We loved the gym too...once we could get in it!

We felt this was a hotel more catering for Swedish people and less tourists - which is fine for us but perhaps not so much the other way around! The gym was hard to access and we had to ask three times for entry when finally a regular said that this always happens. Until then we just felt a bit stupid

The room and the breakfast were nice. I liked the style with reference to racket sports.

Rooms are very simply equipped. No fridge, no windows one can open. Air conditioning is quite noisy and it is not possible to switch it off.

A pleasant surprise! We stayed at a 4 star hotel just before and this hotel beat it in all aspects!
