We really enjoyed our stay in the cottage and would book it again! The beds are comfortable, the shower is hot with plenty of water. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for breakfast and basic daily cooking. Upon arrival the cottage was clean and inviting. Thank you very much for enabling a short stay over the Easter holidays.

Great for a short stay in the heart of Sheringham, close to beach and town centre. Comfortable, cosy and well equipped.

Great location with parking. All living and bedrooms were of good size with the added advantage of a handwash basin in second bedroom. Bed in main bedroom was comfy. Kitchen was well equipped.

Property a little more dated than we were expecting.It is quite old fashioned with small bathroom and lounge.Stairs were steep! Spacious bedrooms.Wonderful location!

A warm and cosy cottage in the perfect location for walking to the beach or the shops. Sheringham beach only a few minutes walk away. Supermarket, amusements, ice cream and fish and chip shops all very close by. We also walked along the promenade to East Runton where we looked for crabs in the rock pools and we got a bus to Cromer to have a look round there too. We had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay.

Made to feel very welcome by the owner. Great location, comfortable well equipped cozy cottage. Had a lovely weekend stay and we will look to book again in the future.

Our 2nd time staying here and we love it. Such a cosy cottage in a perfect location. Immaculately clean and everything we needed. Would definitely book again and absolute recommend. Sad to leave but look forward to visiting again.

The cottage is in an ideal location. It was comfortable and well equipped with all essentials. Our only suggestion is that it could do with updating inside.

Comfortable for the two of us but kitchen and bathroom space very small so not so convenient for more. Everything was clean and welcoming. Location was perfect 👌

We had a very enjoyable stay in Sheringham for the week, the property suited our needs and is in a great location, no problems at all

The cottage is very cosy but still really bright and airy. It’s so close to the beach and to the pretty shops and cafes of Sheringham Extremely clean cottage with comfy beds , and all the facilities you require. The only observation that could be worth pointing out is the very narrow steep staircase, which an elderly person might struggle with. But it’s doable with care. It’s great that we could park the largish car right outside the cottage. Would definitely recommend this place as it wasn’t at all expensive, yet provides all you need to for stay right in Sheringham. The owner was extremely accommodating when we wanted to extend by an extra night.

Only one word describes our stay at the cottage that is BRILLIANT, It's cosy,warm the sea is so close ,walkings great and the locals are so friendly.

Very convenient location. Access round the back to keep bikes. Could not access one day because of scary dog in next door rental. Photos showed table and chairs outside. No-one would sit there as always in shade and next to bins. However, so close to sea this did not matter. Also, having been walking/cycling all day we were glad to put our feet up in the comfy lounge.

A gorgeous little cosy cottage, the cottage was immaculately clean when we arrived and had everything we possibly needed for a family of 4. The parking space was a huge bonus too. Within 30 second walk to the beach and a minute to the town centre, it is in an ideal location . Would definitely book this cottage again and recommend to friends and family. All communication with the owner was amazing and gaining entry to the property couldn’t have been any easier. We had an amazing stay. Thank you for having us and we can’t wait to come back. Homely cottage within spitting distance of town centre, and sea-front.

2 mins from seafront and 5 from shops with the bonus of a parking space the cottage is ideal for coastal walks, exploring Sheringham or going on the coast hopper bus. It was roomy for 4 people although the bathroom is very small with a folding door. It was well equipped, including lots of DVDs, books and games. Jane is an excellent host and came over to help us when we had some issues with the heating. Good value for money.
