De ligging is goed, langs de weg bij White Sand Beach, naast kroegen met live music, superleuk en als je vroeg gaat slapen: oorpluggen in :-)

Sehr gute Lage, gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück , sehr freundliches personal 2 min zum Strand und sehr viele kleine Läden ums Hotel herum.
Die Betten war zu tief und die Matrazen steinhart ( ist aber nur meine Meinung)

Big room with balcony (was upgraded), looked all new and very clean, helpful reception desk, great breakfast, central position (with beach just across the road).
Quite pricey, but was able to get discount (in low season).
Pool on the roof not very useful (but not needed when you have beach just across the road).

The only 2 staff that were anyway pleasant were the young chap with ponytail and Lady in the breakfast room. Great bar (Oodies) with good food and music next door is the only redeeming quality.
Disappointing hotel, way overpriced. Grotty linen & towels, obviously old stock that needs to be binned & new linen purchased. No lockers beside the bed so nowhere to place your book or phone. Stained sofas, grubby, grubby, grubby. I understand that businesses have to recover after the effects of covid but even something as small as the Reception staff making more effort, try smiling guys! The only 2 staff that were anyway pleasant were the young chap with ponytail and Lady in the breakfast room. Great bar (Oodies) with good food and music next door is the only redeeming quality. Do yourself a favour and keep going down the coast til you hit Kae Bai beach, much nicer. Sorry guys but you need to make more of an effort at this price point. Definitely 2 star only.

The room was nice, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful ...
The only thing I would say is the hotel needs a bit of ( TLC..)..it looks a bit run down and tired ...

I really liked my room plenty of space. The breakfast was good for me. Few restaurants around the area. Lastly very close to the beach for a swim and staff were friendly.
The pool on the roof was not maintained, but this could be the fact things starting to open up due to covid.

No real parking: you have to park on the street and at the end of the day it is busy so no space available.

lovely roof top pool where you can watch the monkeys play in the trees, chill with a beer and take a dip when it gets too hot. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the shower is great.
The wifi could be better as could the quality of the TV stations on offer, not that watching TV is high on the list of priorities but sometimes after a hard day swimming at the beach and drinking cocktails it is nice to take a break for an hour or so before dinner. The hotel isn't directly on the beach but you can see the sea from some of the road facing rooms, not a big issue, it is literally 50 meters to the beach

We thought the Erawan a fabulous hotel with wonderful staff who couldn't do enough for us a thoroughly enjoyable holiday 😘👌👋👏
