Poor breakfast

The localisation of the hotel is good,near the beach.

The beds looking good. But in the morning I’ve pain in my back. The room was smelling like smoke. In the room next to ours, they were smoking. So the isolation between the rooms was bad. Most important about the hotel is the famous Bach. But it’s really a big shame, to see the dirty conditions of it. All other beaches were clean next to the hotel. Only you’re hotel the only beach who was so dirty. It’s the responsibility of the hotel to clean it. Please resolve this problem, or otherwise change the name of the hotel in “Kariri dirty beach

It was close to the Center of town so easy to get a meal.

Rooms were small, we had a side room so no balcony and the view not great.

The Breakfast, the pool and the location are the only good things about this place. The place is old and it fells like nobody is taking care of it. The ground floor had water all over and it feels like it has a big infiltration.

The hotel is old. The front desk is not really a front desk, cause it feels like they never had any training. The price is not actually what it gave us as value. It is kind of dirty.

Location is excellent, 2 minutes walk from city Center and on the beach. The pool area is great. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of choice. Staff is efficient and lovely. Covid measures in place, more than in any other hotels we have seen.

Internet did not work for the total length of our stay which made it difficult for us to work. Staff could remind people to wear their masks at breakfast as not all respect rules.
