The staff is friendly. They helped with late check-in. The breakfasts were above our expectations. It was far from the center, but the important advantage was close to the tram.

The lack of a headboard was not comfortable.

The breakfast was good and it was easy to reach the hotel by public transposrtation or by car. Il personale è sempre stato disponibile e gentile.

It was pretty far from the center (but I knew it in advance so not really their fault). Parking was hard to find and the parking of the hotel was not included in the fee (this was not disclaimed in advance!). The room was basic, clean but not really well kept, with several signs on walls and furniture. There were many mosquitos both in the room and in the common areas.

Personale molto cortese, disponibile e professionale. Buona la posizione, colazione sufficiente, disponibili anche prodotti per celiaci. Pulizia da migliorare anche se più che accettabile.

Small room but nice and clean. Aircon kept the room very fresh also at night.

Breakfast was fair. The bed comforters were really old.

Breakfast was great, plenty to chose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful with direction to central part of town. I will stay here again
