Close to beach

Very dirty rooms and bathrooms with lots of webs and insects around. ON name of cleaning only floor is mopped. AC do not work and even no fan speed and fan is without regulator. Even after complaining owner gave excuse for AC saying voltage fluctuation and disturbance in one of phase. We left hotel and stayed to nearby better place were there were no as such issues. Only worth if you have budget issue and travelling as friend or students. Not suitable for family with small children. Avoid.

Location, Cleanliness, Staff, Room Size

Issue of Electricity, no power was there due to rain and was got rectified while check-out.

The owners were amazing , the location was just perfect . Couldn't ask for anything more !

Excellent staff and good service. Owner Lecto and their families is very helpful and treat like family members to customer.

Well maintained hut resort in a coconut farm, good Hospitality, I would visit again if iam visiting South goa.

Very good place, mind will be refreshed, scenic beauty awesome.

Location does not have any restaurants.but hotel n restaurants r near by...it's k...that doesn't matter too much

Few meters away from Beach, but not beach facing. Neat, Silent and Calm place. Mr. Lacto is a wonderful gentleman. Shacks and eateries are few steps away from this property

There is no parking facility near the property. We have parked in the public parking for which they charged Rs. 400/day. Selected the property based on parking facility and paying that amount is quite not affordable. This has to be removed from Amenities in the listing. Bikes can reach near the stay.
