The location.

I didn't have high expectations at all but... 1. There was no hot water, so we couldn't get a shower. We were with 2 small children and is very big problem. 2. The staff can't speak English and they understood the problem very difficult but with no help. 3. Had to pay additionally for parking, even though it says that it is for free. 4. The joinery was broken and the windows were slightly opened all the time, without having the chance to close them. 5. Asked for a baby cot, but there was no such one in the room.

There were cockroaches in the entire room and bathroom. There wasn't a window in the room. The WI-FI didn't work at all. It wasn't very clean. It was very noisy from the boulevard. It was like a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Staff were exceptionally friendly. Room was amazing and exceeded my expectation based on some losers who wrote negative reviews.

Grale brushes are old. and lighting malfunctions. In the room. And a very high inconvenience of time. So the price of the Lake is expensive in these specifications

Location. Helpful staff. Price. Working facilities (TV, hairdryer, shower, air conditioner. Good breakfast. Offices of bus agencies were nearby. Very comfy for those who live Izmir by bus.

İnternet was not working in the room. I had to go out to the corridor. The corridor was not very clean. No idea why but for all day long plates with eaten orderes food for a guest were not taken away. And it started stinking.

We were four families from Bulgaria. Very good hotel. The man from the hotel came with us to show where to park the cars. They don't take us money for the parking. The breakfast was enough and delicious. Rooms are clean and with very comfortable beds. They speak perfect english and was very polite. Highly recommended the hotel.

Overall the hotel was great! The location is very good, it is pretty close to the main sea deck and old market.

Breakfast can be better. It is too simple and the same every day, although enough to stay afloat for a few hours :)

I could not sleep all through the Night, noice from the staff at 1am up until 4am, bad room, i will like to get a refund, because i had to check out that morning due to this issues. That is the baddest experience i have ever had in my life.

Room was dirty, we have to change room. And in the room, window doesn‘t lock, and on hotel reception it says, submit yput valuables otherwise we are not responsible, we can‘t even sleep whole night. The worst experience.

Hotel is near to the city centre and good staff.
