this property is a FRAUD👎🏻 Never waste your money or time in that place

1- the staff are RUDE and NOT HELPFUL specially the night shift. they dont speak English! 2- the room has no heating system 3- we asked for an iron urgently since our check-in and every one hour we ask they answer we will bring it in 10 minutes from the morning shift till night shift and neither bringing it nor answering us. When I went last time to ask for the iron before our check-in the guy shouted on me in Turkish. 4- the room had bad smell + the sheets were not clean. 5- the room was too small, we barely could move in it. It is not as described. there was no kettle or coffee cups. and the fridge was broken. 6- the hotel is the opposite from photos, so dont get tricked by the photos here. 7- not good value for money

Friendly staff and the hotel looks really nice. Especially outside around the pool with the colors and the flowers. Rooms are basic but good. Teşekkür ederim!

No housekeeping during my stay..

Staff was friendly and location of hotel was perfect - just couple of minutes from beach, restaurants and supermarket. Also, city center is on 10 minutes ride. When we arrived the room was clean and it was really nice to relax in the pool and sunbathe daily.

Bathroom floor was getting wet from bad isolation of toilet.

Very helpful accommodating staff

A few things in the room not working. Door handle in bathroom failed locking me inside. Just as well my husband was able to open it from the other side.

The friendliness of the staff makes all the difference. The guy at the reception is amazing! The staff makes sure you feel comfortable and everything they can for you to enjoy your time there. The room is good, the beds are comfortable and there is enough space. We feel welcome and they made me feel home! Now I miss them, and Bodrum. The location is great, close to the city center, Gümbet beach, old theater with a nice view of Bodrum, and Carrefour/supermarkets, travel agencies, exchange office, many stores. Not to mention the swimming pool which was clean and just perfect!

The breakfast is local, Turkish which is nice if you want to eat local. We had cucumber, tomatoes, sausage, potatoes, fried egg/boiled egg. But we also had different delicious jams with bread if you prefer to eat sweet for breakfast. It would be nice if we had more options for sweet food.
