חדרי הדלוקס יפים מאוד וגם פארק המים נמצא שם צוות הבידור וצוות הקבלה ידידותיים והקבלה ותשומת הלב של מר מינה לכל מה שאנחנו צריכים הייתה טובה והאוכל מגוון.

Our flight arrived in the middle of the night, so we could use the late check-in with Ahmed. He’s so friendly and warmly welcomed us! He explained everything about the hotel. During the staying we’re really enjoyed the pool area specially the pool bar which had great prices and cold drinks. Our coolest barman was Huby with the biggest smile and we really liked his friendly service. We were suprised (on a good way) for the hotel have an own bus which took the tourists to the local beach and even during the night we could visit the city with this opportunity! Well done! All in all, that was a very nice staying for us, totally recommended!

Location. Very secluded.

Location Not good. Breakfast just ok. We have booked due to the Aqua park in the facility. No information was given before and at arrival that Aqua park is under construction. However, we came to know from the staff that they are giving Aqua facility outside for free. But the reception didnot offer any thing like that to us. So it was a big waste of money and our time. When we checked in at around 20:30 took time for room make over, still TV not working, Hair Dryer not working, Some lights were not working, Very much disappointed from the selection of mine.

staffs are good ..swimming pool view is good

breakfast was ok . my room was looking to swimming pool . room was big and small terrace with pool wiew.

we had some mosquitos after sunset. receptionist mr mahmoud was very helpfull staff and security person in parking area mr mohammed was friendly. hotel a little bit need renovation. but price / hotel performance was ok .

No internet in room

Very good and budgeted hotel. Mr Hossam at the reception was kind to upgrade our room to suite. Good breakfast and very close to Naama bay One thing to note. Please take Taxi from main road as the limo service in the hotel is very expensive.
