Terrific location, right opposite the beach. Plenty of living spaces and ideal for families with teenagers. Great layout so can leave surf boards safely out the front. Bedrooms all great and bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked and laundry very useful. Couldn’t fault anything!

Every single part of it beautiful house great location ! We enjoyed the distance from town the walks home on the boulevard after dinner ! Staff were very good/ so nice . We loved Byron bay very relaxed people there

Needed more plates, bowls and glasses as we would have liked to have my cousin and her wife and my uncle and Aunty for dinner one night but we were unable to. the same applies to drinking glasses. An esky with plastic glasses would have been great to take to the beach. But otherwise fantastic - thank k you!!!

The location and the 3 bathrooms The toys and equipment in the garage. 3 car parks. The hot tub and outdoor shower. No key and electronic code entrance.

The loft bedroom needs to be soundproof. Bigger or thicker towels etc. The black fury blanket in the main bedroom looked unclean and was smelly.

This house was amazing! My girlfriends and I couldn’t have been happier with this property! The location was perfect, right across from the beach, walking distance to the light house and town! Would highly recommend

The air condition had mould There was broken glass on the floor on arrival from the previous guest There was vomit on the curtains from the previous guest There was mould over all the furniture Worst holiday experience ever Undies left from previous guest Spa looked and smelt toxic

location to the beach, the set up of the bedrooms the perfect stay hosts/handyman helped out as needed and was most polite.

You would expect for the price, for some toiletries etc / basics to be made available. the place is a little tired, the cleaning could be much better on the ceilings with webs and the outdoor furniture was full of black fungii from the damp air - it needs cleaned. the smell is not pleasant as you try to sit and relax. most of the remotes don't work and the cool air con function in the upper bedroom does not work. the upstairs door to the balcony cannot be locked due to swelling etc.
