Hotel is easy walking distance to the bus terminal, and close to several restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was great and offered luggage storage so I could spend the day at the ruins before taking an evening bus to the capital.

Nothing- This place was perfect for my stay

The location, the facilities were great, free water, coffee, air conditioning. Close to the ADO bus station, and short walk into town. The reception women were also very friendly.

The only thing was the check in was very late... 3pm. Luckily they let us in a bit early.

2 minutes from the ADO bus stop, where you can also pick up the colectivo to the ruins, several nice restaurants outside the hotel

Good location, easy check in. Very quiet area, maybe the quietest in downtown Palenque, so it was prefect to get restful sleep.

Internet kept going in and out, and eventually signal stopped reaching my room altogether. Not a good place for working remotely.

Good location and friendly staff

The room smelled so strongly of cleaning products that I couldn't sleep. The beds were terrible and cheap. The hotel was rated at 8.1 when I booked it and I don't know why, this hotel was awful.

Pretty much everything was fine. The staff was very kind, allowed us to occupy the room earlier and they were at our disposal in everything! The place is close to all transport (ADO, colectivo) and restaurants. The room and hotel were also very clean. Water and coffee or tea were available free of charge at reception.

Compared to a quadruple room and a new hotel, we had a total of one outlet. It wasn't very thoughtful ...

The hotel met expectations. It is located right in the center, on a quiet street where there are many tourists, many restaurants. Convenient parking. A safe place.

It was not possible to pay by card, otherwise everything was fine. There was no possibility of breakfast at the hotel.

The room was spacious and it had Aircon and hot water. Very close to the ADO terminal and it's in a green area with a lot of trees so you don't really feel the heat as in other parts of Palenque.

There were some ongoing parties in restaurants/clubs nearby which lasted until late night, had some trouble getting some rest.
