This property is clearly owned by people that care how they present their property to others, it is in a perfect position overlooking the 5th hole on the North course, with a view through to La Manga Club. We found the property to be very clean, well furnished with amazing outdoor social spaces, it also has a lovely pool as well as a great BBQ and outdoor dining area. There are no negatives at all with staying at this property, the owner communicated in a very professionally and friendly way and was prompt at all times. Suffice to say we will be back as soon as we can organise dates as we had a fabulous time!!

A wonderful spacious apartment with easy access to local restaurants, we used a car purely because I had a broken foot but walking would have easily been an option for us otherwise. Plenty of parking, we parked right by the staircase up to the apartment making it easy to take our luggage, shopping etc to and fro. The photos don't really do it justice, the views are so much more impressive once you arrive and the size of the rooms and bathrooms are more than ample for 6 adults.

My husband myself and two children have been holidaying at La Manga resort for 14yrs , we have always stayed quite central but this year we fancied a change of location . This apartment was fantastic , very spacious , clean and nicely decorated. It had every thing you could possibly need and more and the pool is an added bonus and also a good size . We always rent a car as we like to explore areas but if you don’t then everything is accessible by foot or public transport, it’s only a 15 minute picturesque walk across the golf course to the hotel and restaurants and bars. The booking process was great and we can’t wait to return next year . Thank you

We also loved the fact that each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom, and the children were delighted to have their own individual spaces. Overall it felt very spacious with lots of room to spread out, with a large open plan sitting room/kitchen area. We all loved the small swimming pool for cooling off in, with spectacular views over the golf course. We also enjoyed using the bbq on the terrace.The location was perfect for us, far enough from the main centre of the resort to be extremely peaceful, but easy to walk or drive to the shops and sporting facilities. My family of 5 have just returned from a 2 week stay here. The apartment suited our needs perfectly and we loved having our own private pool which was a welcome relief from the heat. We were really able to relax as the apartment is situated in a quiet area of the resort and benefits from superb uninterrupted views of tbe golf course. We can highly recommend eating out at any of the restaurants in Los Belones square which offers good value for money and has a very pleasant atmosphere. Cartagena is also worth a visit for a day out. We will definitely return again soon.

Lovely spacious villa with everything you need for a great holiday. Location is great with views over the golf course. The villa is spotless & very functional, beds are really comfy & there's lots of space for clothes. All rooms are en suite and the showers are good. Nice to have a washing machine too. Private pool is a decent size & my kids were in it loads and the sun is on the outdoor area till about 7.30pm. Although the villa belongs to a family it doesn't feel like you are stepping into their home - no clutter and it felt like our home very quickly. Ruth was very helpful & quick to reply. We loved Mirabel's, Dante's & La Canela for a top class meal and the Hatch take away was really good as is the new pizza place by the football pitches. Would definitely go back to this villa. A car is recommended

My family of 4 spent a week here at Easter. The apartment is luxurious with views over the golf course. It is only a 15 minute walk from the resort facilities. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. The owner was very helpful with my enquiries before we arrived and we are hoping to visit again in the future.

This was our families first Spanish holiday, and its one we won't forget. The apartment is truly special, well maintained, very clean, quiet with fantastic views. Was great to have the pool and we spent many evenings sitting out on the terrace, very relaxing! In just a few minutes drive you are in the Club with its variety of restaurants, coffee shops and a great well stocked supermarket which we used regularly. Would recommend this apartment to family and friends and anyone who wants to stay in the La Manga resort.

Fantastic apartment, light and airy and very nicely decorated and furnished. The terrace and pool were a delight being much needed in the heat. We had breakfast every day under the awning and evening drinks looking out over the golf course. In all, we had a marvellous stay and we will definitely be booking again for another complete chill out next year. I can thoroughly recommend Peter and Ruth's holiday home and their completely professional service and attention to detail. Thank you again.

Great stay in a luxurious apartment - we particularly enjoyed the sunny terrace with views over the North Course at La Manga. Located in a very safe community with good access to a variety of restaurants on site at La Manga. We would definitely recommend to others and we hope to return again in the future.

We have been going to La Manga for twenty years or so it's a great back up plan if we don't get a summer here. This holiday was no exception wall to wall sunshine 25 degrees everyday The El Coto Apartment was exceptional on the edge of the resort overlooking the North golf course sun in the patio. all day and with a heated infinity pool just to dip in when you please.great first thing in the morning to watch the sun come up. The MarMenor agency was easy to find and as we arrived on a Sunday are keys and direction we waiting in a secure place. Very easy and helpful. The apartment didn't dissapoint very spacious clean and had everything we needed . It had sports rights so we played golf everyday at a reduced rate. It had sky sports which pleased my husband no end. The people are very friendly in La Manga we met couples who like us have been going there for many years and couples who lived not far on the la manga Strip. The Resturants available suit all taste The North and West golf Club houses do a mean Buger and A lovely goats cheese salad washed down with a beer for 20 euros Portman is a good local attraction with a walk to see the old guns worth a visit This holiday is great for families and couples as there is so much choice what ever your taste or sport. The apartment has 3 large double bedrooms with en suite plenty of room for two families This is one we shall defiantly return to. The owners were extremely helpful the holiday went without a hitch a good time was had by all

Marvellous Villa The reviews of this villa are spot on and many thanks to Peter and Ruth, the owners, with all the advance information. Even having been in la Manga before, the information on restaurants, especially off the resort was incredibly useful. The pictures are accurate and once there it seems even more spacious. Having an en-suite for each bedroom is a luxury and makes the layout seem very well thought out. The pool on the terrace is perfect, our 10-year-old son was in it frequently! The terrace itself has amazing views out over the North course and the sunsets are beautiful. A gas BBQ was a plus as we could get dinner ready very quickly. We remarked on how clean the BBQ (as well as everything else) was, as we’ve sometimes not found this the case in other holiday villas. We remarked on how well equipped and decorated the villa is and we can see it has thought put into it and that the owners think of it as a home. (We especially liked the photograph of what we imagine is a well loved family pet). There are so many things to do in this area our favourites were Cartagena, (We had two full days there using the €18 ticket that given you access to all the Roman Historic buildings, an open top bus tour and a boat tour of the bay) Cabo de Palos, the various sports (for younger golfers the 9 hole municipal course in Torre Pacheco was excellent and not that easy!) on site and off were many. Agree with others a car necessary, but as you can tell we ventured further away and a car definitely a must for us.

I would just like to say thank you to Ruth and Peter for providing us with a lovely apartment for our holiday last month. The pictures on the website do not do the apartment justice, beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. My children loved the pool and spent every spare minute in it and the vast terrace area was a great place to eat and relax on. Located in very quiet area we rarely heard anyone else during the day let alone at night allowing us to sleep peacefully which only added to our enjoyment. The contact that we had with Ruth and Peter in booking the apartment was alway professional, yet friendly and all in all we couldn't have wished for a better booking process which led to a fantastic holiday. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in a peaceful, beautiful apartment only 5 mins drive form the hustle and bustle of the centre of La Manga Club.

All the reviews are true! The apartment is extremely spacious, very clean and luxuriously and tastefully decorated. It served the needs of me, my husband, two children (aged 3 and 5) and my mum extremely well and it never felt that we were living on top of each other. Definitely similar level of space to detached villas we have hired in recent years. The best feature by far is the wonderful and large terrace and plunge pool which bathed in sunshine from 10am until 9pm. The views of the golf course and mountains are wonderful and the whole 'complex' (Coto del Golf) is extremely quiet and again spacious. We loved the beautiful nearby beaches in the national park (Calblanque) which are about a 10 minute drive and the restaurants on the waterfront in Cabo de Palos about a 15 minute drive although obviously a car is essential to reach them. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for quiet and luxurious accommodation.

Me and my family enjoyed a lovely week in this beautiful apartment. It was clean, spacious and had everything you could want and more from a holiday home. La manga club is beautiful, 3 very well kept golf courses and lots of nice resturants to choose from. We would highly recommend hiring a car as we didn't and had to do a lot of walking! But this was a fault of our own and so know for future to hire one, probably from airport. The weather couldn't have been better, so laying by the pool (which is cleaned very regularly) with a view of the golf courses made a perfect family holiday setting! We would highly recommend and would be sure to go again.

Everyone is different and no matter how much research you do, until you arrive and experience it there will always be a few concerns about your choice. Well hand on heart - you need not worry in the case of this luxurious apartment in Coto del golf, La Manga. From our initial enquiry, right through to our return home, Peter and Ruth have provided outstanding service. In addition, the management company looking after the apartment is on site and should the need arise during your stay, will attend to it promptly. The apartment is located on the boundary of the resort - very quiet and peaceful (away from some of the more densely populated areas ). It is still only a pleasant 20 minute walk to the hotel complex and main supermarket. Resort taxi service also available. As regards the apartment it has all been said before - 3 huge bedrooms all with excellent en suites, kitchen area with everything you need and more. Dining table and living room with flat screen TV and wi fi. From the minute you open the front door and view the wide enhance hallway, you know you are in for an excellent stay. The south facing terrace, with its own swimming pool, BBQ area, covered dining area and a plentiful supply of sun loungers, has excellent views over the golf course and surrounding areas. Plenty of options for eating out - again great advice from the owners and management company. No concerns over shopping either - 2 well stocked supermarkets on site and excellent butchers in nearby village. Get booking !!

This is an outstanding apartment which fully catered for our needs. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable with each room having its own en-suite. As a family, my son is 9 and my daughter is 16, we found that the apartment and facilities catered for their every need, football and golf training for my son and the peace and quiet to sunbathe and study for my daughter. The added bonus of having our own pool was excellent. For families who are active the facilities in La Manga are first class. Ruth and Peter Turner were only too happy to help and support us with queries we had (which were few) as the description of the apartment and facilities were thorough. Whilst a car is necessary we found that you could walk from the apartment to the centre easily and took 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, families and friends and we will certainly be booking again. Thank you.

This beautiful La Manga apartment exceeded our expectation. The apartment was so spacious inside and out and the pool lovely and warm with ample outside furniture . There was every thing you could want and our family enjoyed our stay. It is almost like the golf course is an extension on the garden. The bedrooms were spacious with lot of hanging room and all three had on suites. The apartment was tastefully decorated and modern. With everything you could need to make your holiday complete. The wifi was an added bonus for the family to keep up yo speed and post their pictures onto face book. We loved Luigi's and tried the new restaurant AMERSANDS which was very good. We had several rounds of golf and enjoyed our stay and would certainly go back.
