Das Apartement liegt in einer Toplage. Die Größe und Ausstattung sowie die Sauberkeit sind absolute Spitze. Wir waren schon in vielen Apartements in Bozen, aber keines hat unsere Erwartungen so übertroffen wie dieses. Auch der Vermieter "Ivan" ist äußerst hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Auch der Garagenplatz direkt im Haus ist top. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Nothing - we wouldn't stay much longer than three nights bc but there were three of us and tons of luggage

The apartment was spacious, stylish, cool and comfortable. The owners provided lots of useful information on the locality and were very proactive in ensuring that we were able to find the garage (which we really appreciated as we had a car full of camping equipment and a roof box) and we had a friendly welcome on arrival.

Very well located to visit the city center. Parking ist perfect when you travel by car.

Apartment faces the back of the building, away from the street. The balcony is great for enjoying meals as you look at nearby hills, it faces other balconies across a small courtyard type area, none of those balconies or the courtyard area was occupied when we were there, so it felt private and except for some children playing in the nearby area it was very quiet. Windows very effective in blocking sound, and light. The underground garage (under the building) is a great benefit since the easiest way to see the Dolomites is by car: we took our car across Sella and Gardina passes as well as to St. Zyprian and Lago di Carezza-the mountain scenery was unbelievable, some of the best we have seen in our travels!!!!! The apartment is a very cool design, very modern. Huge bathtub is great after walking in the mountains. great shower also. The host Ivan was very responsive and easy to contact. Definitely recommended!

The AC is strong but is located in the living room so to cool off the bedroom, the bedroom door needs to stay open. Even though Bolzano is in the foothills of the Alps, it can get quite warm here sometimes, so we used the AC a few times. The dining area seating is bench seating, not my favorite, and feels a bit cramped but luckily we had sunny weather all 4 days so we enjoyed our meals on the balcony. Mattress a bit soft for me, Ok for my wife.

The property was in a great location .. it hard to find. The host was very good with communication and setting up check in procedures. The kitchen was well equipped.

it was great and our complaints are petty…some things are breaking down a bit and need to be looked at or fixed.

It was centrally placed, clean and had everything you would need for a getaway
