One of the beds was broken, large dent in the mattress I was not able to get a good sleep

Towels are not in the room but need to be picked up from a cabinet in the lobby. Arrived quite late and there was only one small handtowel left

The location is great.

I was placed in a difderent room type than I made the reservation for. (The staff who talked with me on the phone informed me that it is a common practice that they assign room type based on the avaliability and they inform the guests on their booking page about the fact that they may get a different room type than they made the reservation for. So when you make your reservation it may be good to confirm the room type with the staff.) There were no towels in the room with a private bathroom and there were no spare towels ready in the facility to take it on your own if you arrived after the front desk was closed. (Even though the booking page informs that towels are avaliable in the hostel) The fact that in a room with a private bathroom was no body soap or shampoo was a surprise for me. There was no batteries in the remote control. Since i got assigned a room with t beds in it i had dofficulties accessing the walls to search for places where I could charge my phone. It was a hustle to get your devices charged. In short the room was poorly prepared. While they send an email informing guests on how well they are prepared for guests who arrive after 8pm in practive it does not work.

Great location, friendly staff, good value for money

I arrived late at night and found the location hard to find. I would suggest a few sign posts

Super clean. Showers with pressure, which I love!! The staff was very friendly, the location is super! Close to the city center and close to historical landmarks. The room for one person was spacious, with a nice wardrobe, chair, table, nightstand.... Comfort of the bed was OK-good. I would probably go back when I am back to Poznan.

I found it very uncomfortable at breakfast time, full kitchen, I needed the stove to prepare my breakfast and there was a man cleaning the oven at that very moment, taking a lot of space and making it very uneasy and tense. Probably it could have been planned for a couple of hours later, with an empty kitchen.

Located in the city center, keep in mind if you have a car. You'll most probably need to pay for the parking ~18 Eur for the night. The staff was friendly. There's a fully equipped kitchen downstairs.

The room was small, and the beds weren't the most comfortable. The bedding had a weird smell of tobacco. The noise was a major problem. We could hear every word our neighbors said, and everyone coming by. Bad value for money

Only 2 toilets for 10 rooms (including shared rooms), uncomfortable beds, and rude cleaning staff.

No towels the first night, not entirely clean.

The room is very noisy and generally very noisy. You can hear the other guests and the extreme squeaking of different doors throughout the hallway. But that would still be acceptable if at least the rooms were clean and in order. Unfortunately it isn't. A piece of chewed gum was stuck to the side of the bed and 2 empty beer bottles were in a corner by the closet. The room had a bunk bed and a sofa bed. Since there were 3 of us, we needed the sofa and when we opened it it became disgusting. Crumbs of chips and cookies, used tissue and 2 dead bugs lay in the center column. So it has nothing to do with cleanliness and hygiene... I slept sitting on the chair that night because lying on the couch was too much for me. In the kitchen there was a kettle that was full of yellow limescale deposits, so it wasn't anything to do with breakfast coffee. 2 small slices of sausage, a slice of salami and 2 small slices of cheese with mushy tomatoes and 4 slices of bread complemented the 'breakfast'. So all in all very disappointing and never again.
