Funkcjonalność pokoju i łazienki, parking bezpłatny. Dobra lokalizacja i dobry dojazd.
Bardzo dobry dojazd do Centrum tramwajem.
Śniadanie niezbyt urozmaicone ale dobre. Natomiast byliśmy około godz. 8,00 na śniadaniu więc stosunkowo wcześnie, a bufet nie był uzupełniany, Jeżeli coś się skończyło to trzeba było zadowolić się tym co było na bufecie.

The place is very clean and neat. The room is very cosy, the bed is comfortable.
Though the counter is closed due to our late arrival, there is staff that we could find to explain to us about the check in.
There is parking space for us.

Essen ist immer hervorragend!
Das Hotel hat mir ausversehen die falsche Zimmernummer gegeben und mir statt einem Doppelzimmer ein Einbettzimmer gegeben. Bin sehr spät angekommen und habe deshalb am nächsten Morgen das Problem angesprochen. Das war so ein Drama dieses Missverständnis aufzulösen. Die Hauptverantwortliche für die Rezeption war besonders unfreundlich. Von "Sie haben schuld weil Sie so und so zu mir gesagt haben", von hin zu" ja hätten Sie sich doch sofort beschwert". Kam raus eine junge Kollegin von ihr hatte sich vertan. Davon zu schweigen, dass ich einen Anspruch Geldersatz für die Nacht habe, werde ich auch noch angepammt, selbst nach Auflösung. Was eine Unverschämtheit. Ist mir doch egal wem seine Schuld des ist, macht freundlich Check IN/ Check Out und lasst mich in Ruhe mit euren Arbeitsalltag Pallaber. Gehe ich nicht wieder hin. Ein einfaches Verzeihung für die Umstände und es hätte mich nicht gejuckt... 🙄

Nothing to say about this place, but cleanness. It is very clean, but no services, no reception after 6pm, no food or coffee at night, and location is very bad.

Beautiful view, clean and easy check-in process. Quiet location, rooms are basic but modern. Good value!
Would appreciate microwave or at least water cooker in the room. Ideally also small fridge.

Located on the top of mountain what wasn’t informed. We traveled by bicycles and it was a big problem after 60km.
Also restaurants was closed what at this location was a problem. Hotel’s advice to order food by internet looks poor.

Good buffet brakfast, good coffee, nice breakfast area. I liked everyting except the pillow. The waiter in the restaurant is fantastic: very kind, helpful, and hard working, as he is the only one for everyting in the weekend, at least.
There was only one small pillow in our double room which I offered to my wife, the other ones were very large, I could not sleep with those, so at the end I slept without pillow. The hotel is without reception for the weekend, so we could not ask for anything. There was a phone number, though, but we did not try it, it is not the same...

Amazing hotel, everything in the room seemed to be brand new. Perfectly cleaned room. FREE parking space in front of the hotel.

The check-in was simple and efficient.
From the front of the hotel the view of the city was amazing.
The temperature in the room was very good, the room itself was simply but tastefully decorated, it had comfortable bed, decent WIFI, clean bathroom. The breakfast had few options, but was very delicious.
This is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in, it far exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful.

Location is nice with panoramic view from 2nd floor of the building and the parking lot.
The room was quiet big.
Buffet breakfast was nice with eggs, bacon, cheese, cold cuts, vegetables, ja, patê, yoghurt, muesli, croissant, rolls, coffee, tea and juice.
The payment was secured by credit card on booking.com, but they requested wire transfer, which I declined as that generates additional transfer fee for me, that I did not want to have. It was accepted, but I left with a bitter feeling afterwards.
The pillows were very big and bumpy, I could not sleep on them.

We were extremely happy with the quiet, clean and spacious room. Although we arrived on a Sunday evening, thanks to very clear instructions the check-in went smoothly plus we were rewarded with some magnificent views overlooking Linz and the Danube.
The staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast a generous variety to choose from. I’d be happy to return anytime in the future.

it was just too far from central and impossible to get there by public transport. taxi was also not too easy to find in Linz like other cities....room is pretty small for country side hotel too.....probably it was my fault cos this place for business conference people with cars....not for Ars electronica...

Really nice hotel with a lovely staff. The barman was so helpful with everything and was a great help to me in getting around the city.
No food available except breakfast.
