Dormitorio súper bullicioso, daba directo a la calle. Implementos como sabanas, toallas, muy viejos, daba la sensación de sucio. Desayuno muy malo

Gute Lage, und trotzdem ruhig nachts. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber ausreichend und das Bett sehr bequem.

Bei nur 1 Nacht gab es nichts zu beklagen

Incumplimiento del hospedaje, llegué y mi reserva no estaba disponible, de modo que les pareció muy sencillo indicar que no había habitaciones libres y obligarnos a buscar otro lugar a las 9:00 p. m.

I didn't like anything of this dump. After 5 minutes in the room we decided to leave, preferring to drive back a few hours than to stay in that hole.

The post in booking.com says "Run of the house: High floor". Small print below (which I didn't catch when booking) said that the room was in the ground floor with no windows. However, when we arrived and the staff showed us a room that was exactly in the reception area, with a LOT of noise from guests coming in and out, and with a lot of light coming from receptionist. The room was way much smaller than we saw in pictures, and didn't smell well. When asked the staff for a change of room they got angry, unpolite and dismissive. Great service at the hotel. Everyone was polite, nice and always willing to help. We woke up a bit late and even though breakfast was done being served, the staff accommodated us and still served us a delicious breakfast. We kept our bags in the hotel after checkout at not charge! That was great 😃 so we could cñmake the most of the rest of the day walking around before heading to the airport later on the day.
