Wonderful stay. Host was very helpful always. Zehra the owner made sure the place was clean each time we stayed here. The small touches she made are wonderful and we cannot thank her enough. She really knows how to make a house a home which is a big difference. We has a nice terrace, a very well cleaned and stocked apartment and she was always so helpful to us, even when we made an excursion to Mostar. The apartment is wonderful and spacious and lots of light. The location is perfect, not busy like in centre but slightly out (5-10 min walk). There is a wonderful fresh bread place nearby to the property and few tourist spots. All taxies seem to know Ulica Franjevacka (the road name) so it was great and we didnt need to explain location. There is a nice Borek (traditional Bosnian food in cafe) near to the place also.

Authentic apartments, friendly hostess. In the courtyard parking is very useful for very narrow paths in Sarajevo. The huge kitchen-living room in the apartment - the four of us could not occupy half the space. The city center is 5 minutes on foot. Near the apartments there is a brewery and a huge night restaurant with authentic music and dancing. Funicular to the observation platform of Sarajevo 5 minutes walk the same as Museum of the War.

The host does not know English - we communicated with gestures, or by phone with her son. This did not cause us any inconvenience for us, but you should be prepared for this.
