Large space with an amazing bathroom. 15 min walk to old town which is a lovely walk up a steep hill.

It’s 1 large space with the main bed next to the sofa bed separated only by some wooden slats so definitely no bedroom privacy. A little noisy from above!

The staff downstairs was really nice and helpful. The apartment was very clean, and well equipped for a week's stay, especially with the washing and drying machines. The furniture was very accommodating. We made use of the kitchen utensils to prepare our own food.

There was really not much to comment on. Just a few suggestions: 1- Connect TV to Netflix 2- Provide more than 3 capsules for the dishwasher, especially for someone who is going to have a long stay. 3- Use a regular duvet cover, instead of tucking the duvet between two blankets, as it could get a bit annoying when making the bed every night. But that's pretty much it; nothing major. Everything was perfect.

We arrived at the property earlier in the day and were able to leave our bags in the luggage room, which was great. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, but dirty.

Check-in was very confusing and disorganised. Check-in was at 4pm and when we tried to check-in just 15 mins before, we were told we were told we could only check-in dead on 4pm, which I've never had before with any other property. We waiting around till 4pm and as soon as this came around, the woman on the front desk took her bag and left without saying a word, leaving myself, my friend and 2 other guests extremely confused as to how to check-in. I called consumer services who were also extremely unhelpful and just said that our room would be ready, but no other instructions. We then managed to speak to another member of staff who showed up about 25 mins later and was also extremely rude. When we asked what was going on, she said ' I don't know' and then told us we could just go to our room. When we arrived in our room, we saw immediately that it had not been cleaned properly. There was an old filter bag of coffee left in the coffee machine, the glass kettle had not be cleaned, there were dirty plates in the cupboard and we hadn't been given any fresh toilet roll. Overall, extremely unimpressed with the customer service at the property and our apartment was not properly cleaned. I would not recommend staying here.

Location is good

It's suitable for couple during winter. During summer it's too hot inside the room. There's no centralized AC and air circulation was very less. Bunk bed room can't be used for kids because of very poor AC. Room was very clean and refurbished recently.

Close to grocery, pharmacy and bakery

Too far from the center . No elevator from the ground floor. You have to carry the stroller and baby 4-6 stairs going up.

Absolutely amazing apartment and also one of the most comfortable ones during our trip. Super clean, extra spacious, perfectly equipped even for a longer stays. Well desinged and cozy interiors. Location is pretty convenient, with some restaurants nearby and within walking distance from the upper part of the city. Totally recommended and great value for the price! If I'll ever come back to QC, I'd definitely prefer to stay at the same place :)

I found the tipping system a little bit "pressing", especially keeping in mind the fact that since we arrived we did not meet anyone except for one person from the reception desk Staff.
