We had a wonderful stay at this apartment which is huge and has fabulous outdoor spaces for all the family to enjoy. The pool was great, with the kids benefitting from a more relaxed approach to floats and lilos than many other apartments complexes. The apartment is also in a fantastic location, close to shops, bars and restaurants and within walking distance of all parts of the town.
Whilst the apartment is spacious, functional and well equipped, it is a little dated and cluttered and could do with a spring clean and a bit of a clear out.
Overall though, it is great value and we all had a wonderful time.

Large property, plenty of space for a long stay, 2 balconies and a huge roof terrace. Aircon is great, but could do with AC in the 3rd bedroom.
We arrived on a late flight, still not knowing exact loaction, very stressful. Phones not yet working correctly, being berated by by the owners assistant about another women ‘with her 4 year old child’ who was to meet us on a street corner! Eventually made it to the meet place using a combination of google street view and Vrbo photos A detailed map and a key safe would be good. On leaving, our check out time was 11, cleaner turned up at 10, again berated for not vacating and made to feel guilty for inconveniencing the next guests.

Kitchen needs a little update with cooking equipment. A really comfy apartment. Plenty of clean towels and bedding. Super sun terraces very private. Bernard the owner very helpful ans told us best places to eat. Its very close to sea front, just short walk bout 10mins and centre of town the same. Would certainly recommend to all as best in area. Thanks for lovely 3mth stay.

Apartment was excellent for a group of adults. 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with loads of outdoor space. Highly recommend this apartment for any trip to Nerja. Location excellent for both town and beach. Parador Area

We had a fantastic time in this apartment. Bernard the owner was brilliant with communication. He informed us about some brilliant restaurant in the area. The roof terrace was fantastic.

Lovely apartment that met all of our needs. Comfortable beds, well equipped, air con/fans throughout. Bernard answered any questions I had and organised the airport transfers. There are a couple of grocery shops close by and not too far from bigger supermarkets. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. It’s about ten minutes plesant walk to the Balcon De Europa and the centre of Nerja. The nearest beach is a short five minute walk. I highly recommend coming to Nerja and really pleased that we chose this apartment. Thanks.

Just like to say . What a wonderful place . Everything you need and more! Great roof terrace and bbq for chilling , fridge on terrace great after long day on beach . Walking distance to Beach with lots of bars and short walk to town . Thankyou Bernard who sorted transfers and recommended restaurants . WILL BE BACK!

We brought our son´s family with our grandchildren (2 and 3,5) and had a great stay in this perfect location. Convenient with two bedrooms close to each other and one slightly separated and two full bathrooms. We enjoyed the balconies very much both for relaxing and eating. Had some problem with the wireless but Bernard put a lot of effort in fixing it. He also arranged for pick-up at airport, which worked flawlessly. Very nice pool area. Apartment is reached through three outdoor stairs and needs some maintenance.

We stayed for 5 weelks, 3 November until 8 December.
Large comfortable and quirky apartment with good outdoor space. Very convenient for breakfast in the sun on the balcony off the living room and all day sun on the roof terrace.
Had a couple of barbecues on the terrace.
Very handy having two bathrooms as we had a friend stay for 11 nights.
Bernard was a helpful host, organising our airport pickup.

Bernard’s property has a perfect location for beaches and town and the roof terrace is brilliant. Bernard is very responsive to messages and we had a lovely stay in this apartment.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Bernard was a great host and very helpful throughout our stay. Even organising our transfer and check in. The apartment is in a great location. It has everything you could need for a great stay. Good size balconies and a large roof terrace for eating or sunbathing. The pool was very nice and quiet. All in all a great place, and thanks Bernard for all your help.

The apartment and location were first class and Bernard couldn't be more helpful in making our stay such an enjoyable one. The rooftop terrace was extra special and fully equipped with loungers and a bbq. The pool although small was more than adequate and very clean along with the well maintained gardens. Will definitely be back to this beautiful area of Spain. Thanks again Bernard for all your kindness.

we had a great time at Bernard's apartment. it is perfectly located within easy walking distance of both Nerja centre and Burriana beach. The apartment itself was lovely - with a brilliant roof terrace!
