No pude conocerlo.... El hotel no está abierto al publico

No pude alojarme en el hotel porque no está funcionando.... El teléfono publicado no funciona... Estuve en el domicilio y el hotel estuvo cerrado.... Hice tres intentos tocando la puerta porque ni siquiera tiene interfón o algún timbre parece que lo arrancaron..... Hice también tres intentos de contactar por el chat de booking al hotel sin suerte.... Tuve la necesidad de conseguir otro alojamiento y no hubo quien me diera razón el porqué del hotel cerrado... No encontré ningún teléfono en booking de asistencia para casos como este

Stay away from this hotel. It's a mess. I reserved through booking.com When I arrived the receptionist said their systems were down and they couldn't check my reservation. She made me send screen shots of my reservation with the price to some random phone number. She then proceeded to charge me 30% more than what the price was on my confirmation. I paid reluctantly. She gave me a terrible room right by the reception. The receptionists entire family came to hang out and they sat right outside my room playing music from their phones and having loud conversations with children as well. This went on until 1am. I had an early morning and needed sleep. Absolutely ridiculous, rude and unprofessional. I couldn't sleep until they all left. I was then woken up by a staff member banging on the front door to the hotel that was locked at 3am very loudly. He banged for about 40mins while no one let him in. Which was really lovely when you're trying to sleep. What a complete rip off especially for the price I paid. Avoid this hotel at all costs there's way better options in the area.

Esta en el centro de SMA pero por lo mismo es imposible conciliar el sueño con tanto ruido en la calle

Falta de limpieza, mucho ruido en el exterior, me rentaron un lugar sin televisión ni tampoco había wifi

This hotel was a 5 minute walk from the city center. We got everywhere we needed to be for the wedding we were attending within 5 minutes.

You know it appeared their sewage pipes were old. Every time we would flush a rotten egg smell would come out. The place is rustic like really rustic but for the price I kind of expected it. It’s better though than what would have been it’s 40 dollar equivalent in the US.

It was OK, staff is friendly, it's a small place and close to main places

It was very noisy on the street during the night because there was a construction next to the building, couldn't sleep and I wasn't aware of it or notified by the hotel. The bathroom smells very bad but was clean, so was like pipe odor

Good location and good price.

No WI-fi in room.
