Nunca pudimos tener internet. Problemas técnicos de la casa.
Había una luz que daba para el patio frente a nuestra habitación que se encendía y apagaba toda la noche, el sensor de movimiento estaba dañado. Se lo notificó al personal y nos dijeron que ya sabían del problema pero que no habían podido solucionarlo.

Good overall. Staff was excellent, the look and feel of the property was excellent, the WIFI was good when it was on as it periodically went out for about 30 minutes (probably not due to the property but the internet company). Location is excellent. Overall would recommend if you are not intending to use the kitchen to actually cook a meal.
One downside is the kitchen is lacking many utensils and cookware to actually cook a meal in the kitchen. We booked this property specifically for this reason and had to eat out every night. Unfortunately, the beds were only so so as they were way too soft (woke with a sore back every morning) but it was OK overall.

The location was great. The Loft apartment was very stylish and well-decorated. The rooftop terrace had a great view of the church. Ma Elena was very kind and helpful.
For some reason the fireplace, when turned on, caused our eyes to sting. There might be a chemical emissions issue with it. Breakfast wasn't available (even though it's mentioned as included).

I had high expectations from the phots of the place but the in person experience exceeded them. Beautifully decorated with carefully curated original artworks and high end furniture. Though I didn’t watch tv while staying here I gotta say I was impressed with the tv that rose from the foot of the bed by a press of a switch. The common areas were also beautifully decorated and the roof deck was a wonderful plus.
The location was exceptional being a three minute walk from La
Parroquia and very close to all that Centro has to offer.

Perfect for people that want to relax in the morning and not rush out the door to fine something to eat before lunchtime,
A lot of steps but it was well worth the stay.
The patio was nice for breakfast. Maybe a bar and grill for the people that stay there would be nice.

MariaElena was lovely and accommodating. The Beds were comfortable after a longs day of walking. Nice rooftop to enjoy coffee in the morning.

Excellent apartment and the apartment manager was amazing.
There was some construction going on next door, but the hosts and apartment manager were very helpful in minimizing the distruption.

Elena, the staff manager was always available and accommodating to our needs. She was also just a lovely person who provided services with a smile.

Beautiful, romantic and spacious accommodations with a rooftop view of the Parrochia de San Miguel and in the perfect location. The staff was absolutely attentive and helpful!

There are just no words for how elegant and perfect this place is. With most places in San Miguel you either have to choose between “traditional” or “modern ” but you rarely get both. Somehow this place pulls off being both. Sollano 34 looks and feels as iconically “San Miguel” as any other place I’ve stayed in Centro, but it’s also still very modern and luxurious. And the staff really goes above and beyond, they’re just so generous with their time and effort. Special thanks to Ma Elena who may be the sweetest person on the planet!!!

Great place! It has everything you need! The terrace has an awesome view, you actually do not need to go to the rooftops (we did…just to see them, but afterwards would prefer to stay at the hotel…)

The property is super located and an amazing owner and staff working there. The loft is super confortable and with great amenities.

The property was beautiful, amazing views from the rooftop patio and bar, and the location was excellent. I stayed with my girlfriend for a few extra days after a wedding in San Miguel and this was perfect. Maybe a 5 minute walk to Starbucks and nice restaurants and the awesome church. The unit had air conditioning (apparently many Air BnBs do not) and a nice bathroom. Very comfortable. TVs had Netflix with accounts setup.
Honestly this place was perfect for my needs. It was so nice I took a video before I left to help me learn how to decorate better.
