I booked the swim up pool room. Was very nice, clean and new.

On arrival the room wasn’t ready. Was asked to wait outside at the bar for 40 minutes which was ok, nobody came, after 1.5 hrs I went back, no apology which was a poor start. Cocktails were poor on all inclusive and didn’t reflect the hotel standard I didn’t think. Coffee wasn’t replaced daily in room and more than 2 small milk pods are needed for hot drinks. Food was nice but cocktail sausages for breakfast instead of proper isn’t great. The 1 meal at the a la carte was nice but most things were extra. When it was busy was waiting for table to eat, waited too long so ended up going out and paying for one. If I came to the area again I would try yiannis caravel on the beach instead.

Food is great, lunch and dinner options are varied so you don't have to eat the same everyday. Bus stop is very close and you can buy bus tickets from the shop across the street - good connection to the city as there is not much to do around the location.

Pillows are way too big, they didnt have flatter pillows either (requested separately). There is virtually nothing to do around the location - one smaller beach nearby, many restaurants/shops permanently closed. The chairs at the pool are constantly taken, unless you arrive around 8am to "reserve" it.

-peaceful small hotel -very beautiful and modern territory -nice 2 pools -beautiful sun beds -personal speaks English freely and in general very pleasant -orange fresh on breakfast

-they don’t clean beach near the sea -not enough sun beds -not great variety of food and 50% of food is not tasty -awful shower in the room -room is too tiny for 3 people and no place for clothes

the food was practically the same all week they need to change apple juice and orange juice for a reel juice with fruits and desserts could change also for an all inclusive is too limited

more hooks in the room for towels, robes etc in new build, need more mirrors-full length more traditional savoury Greek food on the buffet

It's very easy to access the center / airport by public bus (no.1 or 6, bus station just in front of hotel)... A big plus for us. Thank you, we had a great mini-vacation! 😁

Honestly everything about our stay was amazing. Even before we arrived I called to organise the airport transfer and Michaela was so helpful. I read so many reviews about the staff and they were all so accurate all of the staff were so lovely in particular Michaela ad Kallia at reception, Nikos at the bar, and Natalie and the grill chef in the restaurant. The food was great a huge variety and many options for me as a vegetarian with some allergies. I would recommend all inclusive as it was a great option for us. The hotel is quite close to Heraklion city and there are lots of little touristy shops and restaurants along the road to the hotel. Honestly I've recommend this hotel to multiple different people and I've only been home for a few days.

The pictures show the hotel at the beach but is not; the rooms are far from the beach. I think they have two buildings, but I ended in a building not far from the ocean.

Comfortable room with shared pool, got our privacy. Nice lounge in the lobby, every day was a preformencers. Room was cleaned every day.

A lot food but every day prety much the same. Private beach not worth going. Better get a car and see some nice beaches around like spilies beach.
