We stayed in this home 9 years ago, and although it definitely has aged, it was inviting to be in the same place. However, there were dishes, glasses and pots and utensils put away dirty. Behind doors and corners were not clean. The biggest dissapointment was the pool/gym access. When we were here 9 years ago, the pool was at loon and was beautiful and clean. The accommodations at the Nordic inn were very disappointing as it was not to the caliber as loon and we chose not to utilize them due to this. This was a great disappointment for the kids and the adults. We definitely made the best of it but it was not what we were expecting for the money we paid

The location of this condo, and the and from the front deck is amazing. The large window in the living room gave a stunning view of loon Mountain as well. Everything was very clean. The furniture was ample and comfortable. The kitchen is wonderful and the pots and pans all very high quality. They were really perfect. Two main problems were a.) The grill and b.) at least one mattress was very uncomfortable. a.)This home needs a new grill. It kept shutting off while cooking even though we filled the tank. b.) At least one mattress on the top floor was very uncomfortable and should be replaced. Other reviews have mentioned both of these. I hope the prop management service addresses these, because otherwise, the house was quite perfect for us. (As an aside, we thought "air conditioning " in the amenities list meant central air. It has 3 splitter units in 3 bedrooms.)All in all, we enjoyed our stay and can recommend it highly. Lincoln is a lovely area with lots to do.

We have mixed emotions about this house. The view is amazing but the property was lacking upkeep. Multiple issues from sand in the water from the kitchen sink, most dishes were chipped with sharp edges, several issues with windows not working properly and definitely needs an AC upgrade. In my opinion it was not worth the cost in its current condition. A few fixes and it would be amazing.

Simply fantastic. Property as described… Location, cleanliness, amenities, everything in one place. Very well maintained, clean, and accessible. Prime location… mountains, rivers, hiking … could not ask for more. The property had absolutely everything you need, from board games, to utensils, to very comfortable beds and etc… Highly recommend.Very well suited for entire family of all age ranges. Worked perfectly for our family.

The place we stayed at was perfect, beds could be a little more comfortable, but most places need more comfortable beds. The view was a million dollar view, great access to many activities. I would stay there again anytime. Thanks for getting us a wonderful place!!

Annual Summer Family Get together
This property has amazing views and can house a lot of people. It was very clean and welcoming. The balcony and sunroom were by far our favorite rooms. Overall, a great place to stay.
However, seeing that we had kids who needed naps and places to run, I wouldn't rent again since the proximity to the pool was not within walking distance. In addition, there was nowhere for the kids to run around and just "be".
It is a place to eat together after a long day of play for sure.
The hot tub and use of the grill were just teasers which were sad since our favorite part of summer is GRILLING! And getting in a hot tub after a long day of hiking and biking.
Expensive too.. worth the money. IMO No thank you.

Thank you for a lovely weekend at a very clean and comfortable home. We were a combined family of 10 people from 69 years to 1 1/2 years of age. All of us enjoyed the accommodations. It took us a little time to figure out how to keep the youngsters safe around the stairs, but we worked it out. It was a central location for a wedding in Warren, NH, Santa’s Village, Clark Trading Post, and other attractions. Our only suggestion would be to get to the breakfast spots early!

The property is exceptionally clean and very spacious.The kitchen is beautifully modern and well equipped. The views of the mountain are fantastic and the neighborhood was very quiet. There is a fabulous screened in room to enjoy the cool mountain air. The listing states that it is air conditioned but only three of five bedrooms have A/C and not the main living/dining area and kitchen. It was cool for August so it was not a problem but the listing should reflect that only some bedrooms have A/C. It was a wonderful stay.

The house was a great fit for a 4 generations vacation. Plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 kids to enjoy. The only thing this place was missing was an outside grill. Location was perfect, very close to everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend it to others

Stayed here with my sister and our families. Plenty of room for 12 people to sleep and eat. Two of the bedrooms have their own private baths. Kitchen table big enough for all of us to play games. And the location was close to all of the activities. Also gives you a pass to Loon Mountain Club to use pools. Beautiful pool at base of mountain. Would definitely recommend this house!

5 couples and two children stayed in this house for a weekend in early October. It was a last minute rental and turned out to be perfect for us - enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone (the upstairs shower is simply the best!), and the common space was inviting and allowed everyone to be together but not on top of each other. The house was very clean and very well equipped. Unfortunately, it was too cool already to use the outdoor space but the view to Loon Mountain was spectacular enough through the large window front in the living room. We have rented many houses in NH but this one was definitely the best one yet.

This was our 3rd year vacationing in the White Mountains and our best vacation experience. To start, The Loon Reservation Service was outstanding!!! The people in the office were very friendly and sincerely wanted my family to have a great time. They even called us after our room was cleaned and inspected so we were able to get in before 4:00pm. The house was beautiful and perfect for us. There was plenty of room for bikes and fly fishing gear in the garage and a small room off the garage (looks like it's used in winter for ski waxing). The view of Loon Mountain from most rooms was so serene. The location was awesome as it is near the end of the bike path into town. My gkids and I rode down to Hobo golf a few times and the hill on the way back can get your heart rate up. There was no AC but we brought extra fans to bring in the cooler mountain air and on all but one night in August slept comfortably. (we forgot the fans when we left so I'm sure there are plenty). Our bed was very comfortable and I believe all the beds were as I heard no complaints from anyone. One small negative: we could never find parking near the Loon Mountain Club so we always parked in the main ski area parking lot and walked up the hill. One comment to future renters: There are seats next to the door and a bench by the garage where you can sit and take off your shoes. The cleaners can't shampoo the carpets after every renter leaves so please be considerate of the owners and future renters and don't track dirt onto the carpets.
