We took our son's in-laws (from Dallas, Texas) to stay with us in Manistee (which is where I was born and raised). They absolutely loved it. Of course we went all over. (We even drove out to Inspiration Point, Frankfort and the Iron Fish Distillery.) The icing on the cake was coming back to this lovely home each evening. We would definitely rent it again and highly recommend it. P.S. The property owners/managers were wonderful!

This property is one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The location is also excellent. The unit was well supplied with anything you might want. Very enjoyable.

Wonderful older building with plenty of space for our family. This was the second time we stayed here and will do so again if we return to Manistee.

Easy to rent and beautifully decorated. Everything was clean and fresh and we really enjoyed our stay. Convenient walking to the downtown district for shopping and riverwalking

The duplex was very nice. It is nicely renovated, clean, and well stocked (especially in the kitchen). Manistee is awesome in the fall and we enjoyed battling the salmon and biking along the trail at Sleeping Bear dunes.

The house was as advertised. Very spacious for the two of us and very clean & presentable. Extra bedroom and third floor space with separate bathroom as well would have been quite convenient for another couple or family to join us if we would have invited them. 4 block walk (5 minutes) to Mainstreet. Had a wonderful old movie theater with old school marque. Beach was 5 minute drive and was big and clean. We loved our stay in this quiet, quaint town

Walking distance to downtown which was convenient. When booking, however, I didn't realize that the master bedroom suite was on the 2nd floor. The other bedroom/ loft are on the 3rd floor. But bathrooms are on every floor.... so that was great. But great spaces every where in the house. Only con for us was no outdoor space except small porches. But definitely worth the stay and would consider this place again.

This cute little home was just perfect for our family. Clean, nicely appointed, and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a comfortable nights stay and enough tools to make breakfast in the morning.

This is an amazing vacation rental with the ideal location and offered multiple services and extras. The one and only complaint we have is that the property is not handicap accessible. We thought that there was a bedroom on the main floor which there is not but there is a bathroom on every floor, which is great. We absolutely loved this rental and would most definitely rent again, it was great for our kids who are 2 and 4. This was just a difficult rental for my husband's grandfather who is 83 years old. Again, great property with ideal location.

We fell in love with this house two years ago, we had a short stay and couldn’t wait to return. This year it was available for our annual girls week in Manistee. The neighborhood is fabulous and find to explore on foot, plenty of space for three adults and one teen, at the end of a long day however the stairs will get you! Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms and comfortable for hanging out and relaxing.

We had a wonderful weekend stay in Manistee. Our main activity was hiking. So after a long day on the trails we came back to this beautiful, clean and comfortable house! Two full bathrooms and plenty of sleeping room were perfect. Good location where we goo walk into town for dinner. Only bad marks was that the refrigerator wasn’t wiped out, and we weren’t able to stay connected to the WiFi. Other than that the house was supplied with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was just as described and pictured. It was cute, clean, quiet location and had everything we needed for our stay.

Everything was as advertised. Perfect place for our family. We will definitely look to stay here if we visit the area again.

Some things to consider: 1. You only provide 4 dining table chairs but list it to sleep more the #'s should match up. There is a 5th chair you could use on 3rd flr. 2. The refrigerator runs really cold. Our veggies in crisper froze from preset setting that we arrived too. 3. Leftover food in refrigerator should be discarded (not condiments) (big jar of pickles when we arrived) 4. WFI/ TV very unreliable even on clear days. However you should have instructions on how to use & what is available on that system. 5. You may have a minor electrical issue in kitchen. Light flicker down fairly frequently. Bad connection or bad lamp. 6. An extra towel or two in 2nd level bathroom would be nice. & a towel hook near shower door. For overall great these things should be an easy improvement to avoid having guest annoyed. We ended up not using the 3rd floor due to a family issue w our daughter-in-law

The property was amazingly beautiful and perfectly located. It is walking distance to the Main Street, several restaurants, and even Lake Michigan. The place is within 2 blocks of the rental office, police station, library, and court house. It is picturesque and feels like the safest place in Michigan. There is plenty of room, great beds, and even a game system for the kids. I would rent this place in a heartbeat.

We loved it. It was perfect. We each had our own floor and bath. Very clean and pretty. We are thinking of renting it again over the 4th next year. In fact we would like to book it, I hope we left it clean and nice.
