This house is beautiful! The furniture is very tasteful and in mint condition and and we loved the beachy decor. The kitchen is very well stocked - has everything you could possibly need. The master bedroom and bath are just that - The Masters of the house. The master walk-in closet has more than enough room for clothes, suitcases, extra stuff, etc. Three of the five bedrooms did not have dressers. They did have nightstands which were somewhat sufficient for our needs. As well, the Twin/Full bedroom upstairs did not have a dresser or a closet. Fortunately there was only one family member in this room so they were able to lay their clothes out on the extra bed. The outside grill area/patio did not have the 2 chairs as depicted in the listing picture, but the gas tank was full. The owner provided 12 very nice beach chairs and a new freezer in the 2-car garage. We were able to easily park all 4 cars in the garage and in the driveway. The enclosed porch was a huge plus which is one of the reasons we chose this house. However, it was installed after the development was built and when the sprinklers went off half of the nights we were there, they caused water to shoot halfway into the porch at night. This was disappointing as we had to move inside. Installing a pull-down shade may help. We also recommend getting dressers at least for the 2 bedrooms upstairs. The owner was extremely attentive and we would definitely rent this home again.

We had a great stay and the house and location were great for our family. One huge bonus was the fact you don’t have to pay extra for the amenities. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Overall great house and highly recommended.

This home is perfect for a family vacation. Very clean, accommodates a large family. In a very nice friendly neighborhood with a lot of amenities. Most important the owner was very good at communicating. This was our second vacation at this home and we hope to come back. Highly recommend it!!

House was beautiful, loved workout facility, neighbors friendly, pool is great and includes a child friendly portion. Owner was attentive and checked in to see how things were going. Would highly recommend!

A++ for this property! We vacation with a group of friends every summer in Bethany and have rented at various developments in the area and Forest Landing is our favorite! We were thrilled to find this 5 bedroom house this year. John was an awesome host, a clear and responsive communicator. The house was amazing, very clean, plenty of beach equipment, fully stocked kitchen and the usual household amenities (trash bags, laundry soap, etc). We especially enjoyed spending time outside on the screened-in porch. We look forward to returning!

Clean great community John and Rina wonderful hosts looking forward to our next vacation

John was awesome to deal with and the house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 toddlers. He even purchased a pack and play crib for our grand daughter. We all had a great time and commented that this was one of the best house rentals we have ever stayed at. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything that we needed. It had 12 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys for the kids. The grill was top notch. The screened in porch was a big hit for hanging out after the kids went to sleep. The beach and lots of good restaurants were all within 10 to 15 minutes away. We have already recommended this place to friends and we would come back in a heartbeat!
