The hotel is very good (never mind what I wrote in negative part: it’s just because I had higher expectations about the brand). In general it was a comfortable stay. Especially rooms: excellent accommodation, you will have everything you need and more. Very clean, amazing sea view, good bed and pillows. We got an upgrade for the room, and in general it’s pretty nice staff. Sauna and indoor pool are okay. Territory was getting ready for the season, so not much to say, but it’s huge and beautiful. Fresh flowers in the lobby - one love, so cute.
I expected little bit more from 5 stars Marriott family. Usually spa area in 5 stars has also lounge with tea, water. And steam bath or hammam. In Parklane these are missing.
Also from 5 stars breakfast you expect more. Like better fruit’n’cheese selection. It’s season of strawberries, and we had to choose between half-expired kiwi and absolutely green melon… It’s season of avocado, and there is imported tasteless pepper… We are in Cyprus with amazing fresh anari and unbelievable olives - and we had to eat something supermarket quality. This quality of food I don’t eat home, so I didn’t eat almost anything for the breakfast. Only salmon, cucumbers and bread were okay. Even fried egg was raw. But probably someone who likes English breakfast gonna be happy: plenty of sausages and beans (sorry, not my choice). Also very uncomfortable to ask all the time for a tea/coffee from waiters. Why not to make tea-coffee stations like in all 5 stars.
Hotel is a family place, but literally there is no area to avoid kids and stay quiet. In the restaurants, pool, outdoors, everywhere there are running and screaming kids, nobody says anything, so next time we will go adults only hotel for sure.
Also I didn’t like the information about blocking 200 euros on my card “in case”, like an insurance. Didn’t see this information in the reviews and have never seen such thing in any hotel around the world. Very weird and has nothing to do with customer service.
But all this is just because I am really picky. Comfortable rooms, nice staff and amazing view will for sure make most of the people not to notice these negative things.

Parklane is our preferred hotel in Cyprus, and we love to visit it again and again. The staff is exceptionally friendly in all positions, and we meet the same person as well after 12 months, which is a high value for a hotel and makes you feel home. Thank you!

Das Hotel liegt an der Peripherie von Limassol. Will man andere Restaurants besuchen (sehr zu empfehlen), muss man 30-40 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto/Taxi einplanen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt.
Das Frühstücksrestaurant war jedes mal SEHR voll und Mitte Oktober für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse von vielen Familien mit lärmenden Kleinkindern frequentiert. Der Lärm war gigantisch. Wie die Frühstückstische hinterlassen wurden, war zum fremdschämen. Das gleiche Restaurant zum Abendessen war vom Service hoffnungslos unterbesetzt und von mäßiger Qualität. Die beiden anderen Restaurants waren äußerst teuer (ab 200 EUR pro Person mit Wein) ohne von uns erwartete Gegenleistung. Das "französische" Restaurant war von der begrenzten Auswahl der Speisen wenig französisch und der Service hochnäsig. Das Strandrestaurant Nommos gefiel uns von den Speisen und dem Service besser. Statt lauter Musikbeschallung wäre uns auch hier ein besseres Preis/Leistungsverhältnis entgegen gekommen.

Breakfast was quite nice, one of the only nice thing!
Our room card didnt work, we show our card and ask cleaning ladies to open it for us, after long disqusion of security issues, I go back to reception and chnge the cards. Unfortunately card didnt work again, one lady says let me help you, but we realise that master key is not open our door either. Then they call technician to fix, and we understand that one day ago same thing happen to previous guest! then we ask to change our room. Lets see how many guests will have same issue!

Впервые столько разочарований от гостиницы уровня 5*. Из хорошего:
1. удобные кровати, красивые и просторные номера, новая мебель, сантехника. все в отличном состоянии.
2.четко работающая служба горничных. качественная уборка каждый день.
3. улыбчивый и приветливый персонал повсюду.
Негативные моменты:
1. нет двери в санузел. из-за этого свет, запах, звуки из санузла попадают в жилую зону. это некомфортно.
2. нет принудительной вентиляции в санузлах (или мы ее не нашли).
3. кондиционер не регулируется (даже включить/выключить невозможно) с панели на прикроватной тумбе. нужно вставать к стене. и он очень шумный, спать невозможно.
4. крайне высокие цены на все!!! необоснованно завышены (обосновано наверное тем, что гостиница в поле стоит и мало альтернатив по питанию за пределами) при невысоком качестве.
5. ассортимент еды в главном ресторане очень скудный. Персонал мило улыбается, но постоянно что-то забывает. заказываю чай-приносят чай, но без чашки. Заказываю воду ребенку, приносят когда он уже закончил ужин и готов уходить. Прошу безо льда-приносят со льдом. и так постоянно!
6. гостиница явно была переполнена (2-8 Апреля) и не готова принять такое количество гостей. шезлонгов не хватало. на пляже ни один шезлонг не установлен. как так?!
7. нерегулярное пополнение минибара.
8. Дикий шум по утрам, мы так и не смогли выспаться: газонокосилки, разгрузка грузовичов у главного входа, ремонтные работы в районе теннисных кортов.
9. Ребенок 8 лет на 6 дней пребывания так ни разу!!! не смог попасть в детский клуб (группа под присмотром взрослых), хотя очень хотел. указывайте при бронировании что там нужно за несколько недель очередь занимать для такой услуги. но это полный абсурд!

Rooms are amazing. Very comfortable, soundproof. Pool area very comfortable, location of the hotel is amazing, the staff from the moment you check in they're super attentive, and helpful.
Loved everything. Breakfast service may require some improvement in the sense of more staff as the ones (amazing ones) serving were a bit too few for the number of people.

The service was personal and caring, we were upgraded as we asked for a balcony without extra charge, the room is spacious (we were family of 4) and well equipped.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience during our New Year's Eve staycation at the hotel. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, creating the perfect getaway for our entire family. It's worth mentioning the warm welcome we received, and I want to extend my personal appreciation to Mario at the front desk.
Having visited previously as a couple, this time around, with our family, Mario went above and beyond by personally guiding us to the kids' club and highlighting various sports activities to keep our children entertained. Maria at the kids' club was exceptionally attentive and helpful, ensuring our children had a great time. The bar staff and bellmen were equally wonderful, with the bellmen even assisting us in finding a suitable cap for a group of five.
Breakfast was consistently delightful, maintaining the high standard we've come to expect. The only minor area for improvement was the temperature of the indoor pool water, which we found to be a bit too cold for our liking.
Overall, we are immensely grateful for the tranquil and enjoyable stay we had. We look forward to returning in the future, thanks to the excellent service and warm hospitality.

We stayed at the villas of the hotel which were super ! Very spacious, great bathtub, rain showers, very comfy and big beds! Really enjoyed the spa !

Great location and facilities, the kids club were top. I also had my birthday during the stay and the staff had prepared for me a surprise cake in the room, it was such a lovely touch!
Food options within the hotel were bit too pricey. As well it seems some politician was staying at the hotel that time and there was too much security everywhere, which made us feel bit weird, but this had nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Beautiful hotel in front of the beach, got an upgrade, which made the visit even more delightful. LPM restaurant was amazing, really worth the visit.
Unfortunately we arrived a day before they close kids day care, could not enjoy completely. Also, the use of the heated pool in the SPA is not permitted for children. The indoor pool in the gym area is not really warm for winter time. For better experience, would definitely recommend this hotel in the summer time.
