the photos are misleading. it is not 4 stars hotel. maybe in 90‘s but not anymore. no sauna. everything is smaller than the pictures. everything is old. bad internet connection.

my room cleaner was an amazing lady and the lady who checked us in and help me stay until 2 pm please may l have her name need to send them two my personal thanks not forgotten Dimitra made my daughters birthday special on arrival. Hey also the man who carried our luggage and rescued us from lift jam thumps up🙏

Wide selection of foods, very welcome service. Clean.

Restaurant food selection buffet quality was super also variety not too busy for a big hotel, shown served well, drinks ok, beach ok, don’t expect clear clear water as beach is sand, facilities fine like mini golf and so on, pool ok, hotel complex not newest but ok, rooms beds ok, bathrooms renovated, nice evening entertainment ; for the beach comfortable just cross street and you are on the hotel beach woth their sunbeds and umbrellas;

nothing really to complain, as said sea water not clear but its not their fault it is sandy beach so natural, also because it is bordered by stone walls location not expect pubs or too much life outside the hotel complex

We were happily surprised about the food, better than expected.

Shower was very disappointing and for a family of four it felt too small.

Good location, just next to the beach; Good food variety, great pools,, comfortable room + terrace. Good entertainment for kids in the evenings, though quite repetitive, but also for adults. Overall a very positive experience for what all inclusive is, very convenient for families with toddlers.

I didn't appreciate the big crowds of people when at the restaurant,but this is typical for all inclusive, so I guess that's not for us. It was difficult to stay at the beach due to heavy winds and waves, plus the huge amount of algae, but that's something that obviously not possible to control Also was hoping for more Greek food specials.

great staff , very friendly and very helpful always smiling , very clean staff in both the kitchen, restaurant and bars we enjoyed our stay a lot , it’s family friendly resort (with a baby it was perfect to stay in the bungalows in the ground floor) but we missed a good sea view from the room the animation team is amazing and very good with children, activities for kids all day

kitchen cuisine is not really the best in terms of diversity and unfortunately you can’t order something extra and pay as they don’t provide other than the all inclusive service - no room service but you can always find good pasta and not good pizza 🥹 if you arrive late after dinner they prepare some cold cuts which is not bad the beach and sea is not the best for swimming but view is amazing only 1 thing was not nice when we wanted late check out and the said not available and kind of rushed us out of the room and the cleaning lady was doing the room while we are still packing and it turns out that it’s because the new guest want an early check in , we actually saw them check in before 1pm 😡😡

Only animation guy George. That's all. There is nothing more to like about this hotel. We paid 2100€ for one week and its not worth even half of the price. NEVER AGAIN that place. We traveled in crete first week all over staying in different hotels they were way better. I wish I would never choose this place.

We got a room where AC wasn't functioning. First night we were asked to handle somehow until morning when service man comes. Next day we had to contact Reception 4 times they were keeping promising to fix it before we go to sleep and we ended up staying outside of the room with leaking water all over the floor in our room and only after being pissed off completely they managed to give us another room and we spent 1 hour for moving. 2 days wasted! Beside this ignorant attitude from staff we didn't like: 1. Animation is absolutely French oriented some evening entertainment only in French. Of course some animators not even speaking english and they just ignore other guests who doesn't speak French. The only guy who made our vacay in this poor level hotel was George from animation. Thanks to him from our family. 2. Restaurant noisy in such level we were not able to seat inside. Complete mess and disorganised. 3. Gym AC not working same as in the rooms. 4. Room size is so small you don't even get air to breath. 5. Hotel is old and outdated. 6. Door keys never work from first try to get other takes ages! 7. AC from 1960 probably when u see those you understand all the issues with those. 8. Kids club absolute disaster disorganised. 9. No phone connection in the rooms its a bloody bunker. Size is also like bunker. WiFi barely getting connected.

Excellent staff (starting with receptionists and ending with cleaning ladies). The room was cleaned very well, the whole territory is clean and tidy. Wifi worked very well in whole hotel area. Spacious parking place in front of the hotel. Three pools, one pool with small waterpark for children. Good food and lot of variety.

Sun loungers around pools were not enough in sunny days. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed (it could have been nice to use in rainy days).

First of all would like to mention that the hotel workers were very professional, especially the front office manager. The room and hotel overall was very clean.

Hotel is oriented for french people. There are two animation groups and one of them is for french people. Sometimes you feel yourself not in your plate, when everyone is having fun with loud music and you don't understand even a word. The beach could be cleaner.

Drinks like iced coffee should be included in the all inclusive drinks

Very friendly and helpful staff. The facility offers a lot to do. The food is very good and there is always a great selection.
