This is a Grand Hyatt. In many aspects up to standards.
The room I stayed in was extremely hot. A/c set to 19 C but didn’t cool off the room at all. Very hot and uncomfortable stay.

Everything was just amazing! Asking for an extra bed for my son, we had better : a free upgrade to a family suite! After hours stuck in the traffic jam it was just amazing to enjoy free time in the suite. We had access to Grand Club, the staff was incredible, taking care of our wellness, professional and friendly. Thanks Duke, Grystod, Min and Jennifer!
The location is too far from city center due to a terrible traffic!

The happy hour at the lounge on the 25th floor and the breakfast buffet. Receptionist Grace with her lovely smile (even behind the mask very visible) and the concierge service was perfect and very helpfull. Overall this hotel is such a great place and the metro to downtown is just around the corner.
The sounds from the building site next to the hotel went on the whole night.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. A good choice of western style food and great coffee. The décor was an interesting added feature, as well as the ornaments around the hotel. The room itself was spacious with commanding views of the area and the walking in closet and separate toilet was an added feature.
when I pressed the button to use the lifts there was no way of knowing which lift door would open. There were six to choose from so I would just hover in the middle in anticipation of which door would open. signing in to the WIFI in the room was a bit fiddly, for a new hotel WIFI log in should be automatic.

Great breakfast, room was luxurious and big. Beautiful bathroom and huge bath. Room service was good but limited variety of food. Club lounge is excellent and great service!
Big bath but no bath foam so couldn’t have bubble bath. Room was hot and stuffy overnight but couldn’t open window or lower room temperature with air conditioning.

Great breakfast and Club Lounge was really lovely - food, wine and service! Room is luxurious and clean. Huge bathtub and designer toiletries. Everything was perfect!

The breakfast was great. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was huge and I loved the two bathrooms. I paid extra to join the club and loved the free happy hour. The gym and pool were a big bonus as well.
The coffee was so strong and they did not have any soy or almond milk in the fridge at breakfast time. Very disappointing with the coffee. Thank goodness there was a Starbucks downstairs as thats where I had to go for a decent cup of coffee.
Also the pillows were far too soft and I couldn't sleep properly. Thank goodness the staff helped me change them.
Also I couldn't turn off the heat on the toilet seat and I couldn't find instructions. Thank goodness that the other toilet seat in the guest bathroom wasn't heated so I resorted to using that one instead.
