when we visited it, it was constructions working in the area for street reparation, so there was lots of noise and closed streets. It will look great after the works will be finished.

The studio looks brand new. The owner is very helpful and patient and generous. The layout is very comfortable and practical. The colors and decorations of the room are pleasant and well chosen. We felt we had great privacy during our stay. Every couple of days a message came asking if clean-up was possible next day. Possibly the best accomodation I have encoutered so far, highly reccommended.

Everything was as we expected and even better! Host was amazing, she helped us from the start, she has provided us with all of the information, she was very kind and helpful. Studio was very well equipped, we had everything we need when it comes to kitchen and bathroom elements which was important to us. Location was perfect, just 2min from the main square. I would highly recommend this studio and would love to come back :)

The room was very clean, comfortable beds,good wifi, super balcony, good locatoins close to the center, supermarkets, restaurants, bars. Patra was super friendly, helpful, she left us sweets, cakes and souvenir in the room. Thanks for everything you are the best host ever. 10/10

The rooms are very clean and cozy, the furniture is modern, hot running water all the time, a nice balcony where you can have breakfast, comfortable beds, good location, close to the center, with a supermarket and a fruits & vegetables shop nearby. Our host, Patra was super friendly and helpful and cleaned our rooms twice during our stay. I highly recommend this house, I will come again with my family! Owner met me at the property to checkin and was very helpful. The place has been recently re done and everything is quite new. It was kept clean and had new sheets and towels every 2/3 days. Left me a some cake after cleaning which was a bonus. It was exceptionally quiet which is what i was looking for!

Surrounding building were rather run down but that seems to be the norm after travelling extensivly in Cyprus.

Patra was a great host, she provided me with all necessary information prior to arrival and was always available throughout the stay via Viber. The apartment was easy to find and there was a private parking slot available for my rental car that I highly appreciated (the location of the apartment is in the centre of Ayia Napa, so a rental car is highly recommended to reach the nicest beaches - but public transport options are also available). The room was perfectly clean, I was received with some greek delights and always when my room was cleaned, I got some present, it was really a pleasure to be the guest of Patra. The room was well equipped, I really can't complain about anything regarding this accomodation.

Patra's apartment was probably the cleanest property we've ever stayed in, and we've travelled a lot around Europe. It's well equipped for at least a week's stay for a couple, very, very clean, quiet and providing a good night's sleep (which is important for Ayia Napa) and conveniently located close to the centre (5 minutes walk) and some of the many beaches (the closest is 15 minutes walk away, while one of the most beautiful in Cyprus - Nissi Beach is around 30 minutes of slow walk, which we enjoyed). There are couple of supermarkets and fruit stores very close to the apartment, as well. Patra is one of the friendliest, most hospitable hosts we've ever met. She responded to all our inquiries promptly, even anticipated some of them. We really appreciated it and felt very welcome!

The beautiful Apartment and great Host

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. There is everything you can need, iron, kitchenette, showers, shampoo, and soap, hair drier. The apartment is near the center and you can easily reach supermarkets, pubs, and restaurants. Patra, the host of the apartments, is an amazing person. It is very pleasant to receive small surprising gifts from her ) I really recommend staying there!!!

You need to walk from 20-25 minutes to reach the nearest beach. But you can rent a car and enjoy your time!!!

The host was lovable, helpful and flexible. During the stay I had to change my plans a little bit, but it ended up smoothly and well thanks to the host`s helpfulness and kindness. The flat was clean, well designed, full of good amenities and great furnishing. The best choice in Ayia Napa in terms of flats for rent.

Comfortable place for a quiet staying without noisy bars around. The room includes all you may be need and maybe more. The cleanest apartments I've ever stayed before. Patra is very kind and helpful. Hotel's location is far from the closest good beach with a clean sea water (but you also can take a bus or rent a car as me).

Very nice and very clean, well located, quite zone, supermarket and restaurants are near by,the host was very nice and helpfull, she made us feel like at home. I highly recommend Chicos Apartments.
